    Transaction date: 8/29/24 Amount of money: ********* Business committed to provide many items on this day. Had to cancel the cable order as the promised arrival was moved back to December and I would not be able to perform my customer's job. mind you when i ordered this was stated as allocated and in stock. I was still waiting on the **** components and while they will keep promised pricing on everything else, they won't honor pricing on the **** computers. I ordered 26 at $636.84. signed contracts with my customer selling the computers as well taking this price into account. they increased price when the backordered items came into stock to $979.24. This is a $342.40 increase per workstation totalling a loss of $8,902.40. The business offered to cover shipping on the order to make up for this. i do not understand how its even legal to bait and switch like this. they won the order over others because of this pricing.

    TechData was an amazing company and we did business with them for many years. However, when they merged with Synnex and the company became TD Synnex, everything fell apart and has been a nightmare ever since. We get INDIVIDUAL billing receipts for EVERY, SINGLE, ********* license. Do you have any idea how many UNNECESSARY emails that is??? Hundreds!! EVERY MONTH! And they send them to our President, who is completely annoyed. They want constant RE-VERIFICATION of cards already on file and I'm not talking annual or semi annual maintenance. I'm talking every, single, month. You can't get a straight answer. 5 people respond about the same thing, all with different answers, and usually days later than you needed the information. Forget getting someone on the phone ASAP. Half these people have no phone numbers to give out and they actually tell you that! They can't speak on the phone, so now, I am unavailable to speak to THEM on the phone when they finally manage to call. They are the WORST! Do not do business with these people. They can't fix how badly they've destroyed the company we once worked with. TechData was the best, but TD Synnex plunges you into the 7th circle of h*** anytime you have to deal with even the most simple of issues. We are switching to a new company for our licensing and all of our ordering and we hope to never do business with these inept people ever again!

    We purchased four routers from ********* in September 2022, which became absorbed by TD Synnex. We used two, and had two in inventory for the client's new office. Our client needed to upgrade to a more expensive model, and we were told by TD that we can upgrade them as long as the original units were sealed, new in box. They were, so we ordered two new units in December 2022, and we requested an RMA in January 2023. From January to August, I was bounced around to many different support departments that could not assist me. I persisted and was able to get the return finally approved in August 2023. I shipped them back and TD has not refunded me nor communicated a timeline for refund. We have effectively shipped back these units and TD confirmed receipt and they have not refunded us for over 2 months. We are approaching almost one year since this whole ordeal began and we are looking for support on a resolution to be expedited. We are seeking a refund in the amount of $17,192.91, which is the price for two routers.I have attached email correspondence from TD and I, along with their supplier, Fortinet. I was unable to attach one email chain, since it exceeds 5 MB.

    We have been waiting weeks for a defective computer replacement for a customer of ours and we are no closer to receiving it. They approved the swap but have not sent the replacement yet, so we can return the defective. I have been reaching out repeatedly only to keep hearing they are working on it and apologize for the delay. ITs been many weeks already. Theres no reason for this.We just want the replacement unit promised so we can send back the defective.it looks like its under TD SYNNEX order# **********
