Service is terrible. On original installation we were contacted the day of installation and told that somebody was out sick and they had to reschedule. We accepted the delay and installation was completed. Months after installation the caulking at the intersection of the tub and installed shower insert had receded and it appeared that water may have been leaking behind the tub into the wall.Called bath fitters and left a message. We received a call back and were told that we would be receiving a call in the next few days to schedule service call. Two weeks later still no call so I called back. When I was connected the service was scheduled. On the day service was supposed to take place I received a call. Apparently the service person was sick (again note install). In stating my intent to contact the BBB the person I was speaking to hung up on me. It is not clear whether they will ever come to correct the problem. I did not swear or verbally abuse the person on the phone and a hangup was a reflection of why this company should not be doing business.Beware of doing business with this company!

We hired this company to turn a bathtub into a walk in shower in one of our rental condo units. While we are satisfied with the work we are not satisfied with the time it took. A job that should have taken a few weeks turned into a few months. We were not able to rent out the unit and ended up loosing money. If you need jobs done in a timely manner these are not the people you want to hire. They do good work but they take too long to do it. If given a choice probably would not hire these people again.
