Had an aluminum screen room with polycarbonite roof put onto the back of our home. Made final payment on 10/28/2023. All was well until it rained. We contacted Accurate Aluminum (11/22/2023 & again 11/26/2023) to express our concerns about the panels leaking and condensation pooling in some of the channels creating a possible mold issue and discoloration. In our 11/26/2023 email, we provided an article about preventing condensation in polycarbonite sheets because we suspected that the sheets werent installed correctly.11/27/2023 recd email saying owner, ****, was out of the office with COVID but he would get back with us.11/30/2023 **** texted that Tape is ordered. It comes Tuesday. Will schedule as soon as it comes in.12/9/2023, we saw that the seam appears to be delaminating.12/12/2023 texted ************ showing the leak directly over where we sit, plus the water intrusion in the channels. **** replied that he just received the seam tape, will put us on the schedule & get back to us.12/26/2023 Texted **** because he never got back to us. He replied we were on the schedule for that week.12/30/2023 Texted **** because he was a no show. He replied he would be come Tues (Jan 2) between 9 & 10 a.m. They arrived at 12:20 p.m. Husband left work to be there by 9.Next rain showed that original leak remained + new one developed. 1/6/2024 emailed that issue now worse.**** said he would come out by 1/12/2024. No show.1/16/2024 we emailed again. Reply said email would be forwarded to ****.1/24/2024 **** texted he would be out that week. No show.At this point in time, we do not want **** making repairs. Hes not honorable & his workmanship is lacking. Prefer he pays for another company to re-install new panels correctly.
