      On April 1st, 2023 my family was scheduled to fly from ** to *******. We had booked a VBRO property in Clearwater *******. Our flight was canceled from ** and there were no available flights out of any ** area airport into any ******* airport within 3 hours of the property. We immediately contacted the property manager (*********************). He stated he would see what he could do in terms of rebooking our stay for a different date (providing us with a credit). We followed up with **** but they stated that we had to communicate directly with the property owner. We have been trying to reach the owner, whose name I believe is *********************. We requested his contact information from *********** but he refused to provide it. We have called 411, used internet search engines and gone above and beyond to find any way of communicating with ***************, but all number are not in service. *********** informed us that because we did not cancel the reservation after our flight was rebooked, he could not help us in any way. But when we logged into **** immediately after our flight was canceled on April 1st it said it is too late to cancel. **** informed us that the property owner/manager could cancel the booking at that time. *********** did not cancel the booking, thus preventing ** (according to him) from receiving any credit or reimbursement, even though we were unable to cancel it (only he was, according to **** representatives). We paid $2851.45 for this booking. *********** refunded the cleaning fee of $90 but since then has been non responsive to any messages through the **** website communication portal, including repeated requests to speak to the property owner. Also of note: this property is also listed as a hotel called the Island ********** and it charges approximately $150/night for an equivalent room/condo. We were charged $570/night. The hotel address is listed as ****************** Clearwater *******. We are desperate to resolve this issue in some manner. Thank you.

      All of their faculties were old and poor, and their service was so terrible that I don't even want to call it a 'service'. It was the worst hotel I've ever been to.
      Ten minutes after we arrived there and sat on the bed, an allergic reaction occurred on our bodies and red rashes began to appear all over our bodies. We talked to the staff right away, asked for refund, and then moved to an another hotel. They said they would call me the next day, at 8 a.m., but I couldn't get any contact. So I had to call them again twice, and they said they would call back after talking to their owner, but I didn't get any call back. In the end, I was able to call the owner after 10 p.m., and the owner was very aggressive toward us and just hung up the call after being sarcastic and rude. After this call he never answered any calls. Plus, the owner said that it was his decision not to call us back. Since we were scared and frustrated a lot, we had to visit them with the police, but the only thing they did was to refund only one of the two nights. And the price of the refund was even different from what they told us at first.
      After all of this, we called again to ask for an apologize and asked if we can talk to the owner. But the owner refused to talk with us, and never made an apologize. Plus, they even said that my problem is so minor that no one would care about it. He even said that I shouldn't tease like a 5 year old child.
