    I checked i to the Sheraton Sand resort in ****************. My stay was until Monday, 24 March.. As I returned to my room on Saturday 22nd at 10am They cleaned out my room. Taking my birthday basket filled with wine, ******* & treats. Fridge was full of sports drinks & soda and a new veggie tray. Several bags of chips. I went to speak to the front desk manager and he said it looked as if i checked out? No one called me. No one checked just threw out all my belongings. Their response was well it was all most gone & looked like i checked out due to me not having a toothbrush there? I had until the 24th of march. Im also with **** , i could not arrange another hotel until monday march 24th. So they collected sat and sumday nights on femas dime. Its fraud! And them taking my belongings was stealing, this is not right,

    Ms. ***** collected her belongings and placed them in her car on the afternoon of March 23rd and then left to go have a meal.  When our housekeeping staff went into the room for the daily cleaning, they only saw the discarded the food and processed the room as an early out.  Ms. ***** stopped by the desk that night and stated that she was leaving and talked to our night manager about her food and beverages being thrown out, he took her information and asked that she call the following day to speak directly to our Housekeeping staff.  We researched all the items that were thrown out which came out to just under $100 we then offered to buy the items for her or refund her the money.  She refused and wanted a complimentary stay at our property at a later date.  She then called a few days later and claimed that electronics were missing and the new total was $500 that she was out and again wanted a complimentary stay.
