    We intended to stay here with our RV from Dec 3 2023 to Dec 31 2023.We were promised services that were not delivered and chose to remove ourselves from the park on the 26th after 3 weeks of dealing with the following:Water quality had to sanitize our RV Was without any good water for 24 hrs while sanitizing my rv tank Sanitizing didn't help anyway Dog got sick from the water Wifi was promised and not provided Picnic table was promised and not provided ( had to drag one over ourselves )Privacy was promised and not provided with other residents trespassing into our site.***** filter was ruined and had to replace with new due to water quality.I tried to deal with the owner to a reasonable resolutuon.Promised an ambiguous $361 for the days we were not there which later was restated as $3.61 No cancel policy provided provided on check in or even a receipt for the charged amount on my credit card. $****.We did contact them to inform leaving.Office only open from 9 am to 12 am week days hard or uncontactable, couldn't even leave a message because mail box full.Only after talking with the owner I was blamed for not informing them and refused a refund for the days not stayed. ( 26th thru 31st ) and told they don't give refunds.We only want a refund for the days we didn't stay there plus our deposit. $519. ( **** / 28 ) + 100 I only have a transaction on my card and no receipt from the business. Nor do I have any emails on confirmation.I have a duty to my family for them to be safe and this environment was substandard and we probably should have left sooner. We thought we could ************ out, but after neighbors insulted my wife by calling her stupid for requesting privacy we could no longer stay nor did we feel like the owner even was contactable or would resolve it.

    I am rejecting this response because:  

    1.  Was not informed about sulfur issues with water.  Dogs can't OD on this it make em sick.  If I had known this, I would have not given my dog the water.  She is 14 years old.

    2. Was not informed about anything related to Wifi signal only in certain areas.

    3. The frustration level about privacy is related to being dismissed and being insulted and told that she should just get over it and she was stupid.  He didn't even apologize or explain.  Up to that point is was cordial.  They did cross our site several times on the back prior to this.  He told us on day one that he was upset at us being there because he couldn't park his cars there on Christmas.

    4. I feel like I was promised services that were paid for and not rendered based on over all management of the whole business.  Doesn't matter that you know about them before or after. 

    5. Doubtful any remediation on site would have fixed anything.   Asking if we wanted a picnic table and then not delivering on that showed us how the place was managed.  We had to drag over an unused one after waiting a week for it.  Not only that, the day we left a person that had just come in was delivered one via tractor by the very person that belittled my wife.

    6. Also, your policy for early leaving and no refunds is not documented.  

    7. As I said before, I'm amenable to some measure of balance on a solution here.  I feel like you took my money for a service not used because I wasn't there.
