Very unprofessional real estate company, at least when it comes to rentals. Paid deposits. Had the contract drafted, the contracted stated 1k+ LESS than what I actually gave them. When I questioned it, they hit me back with an actually the rent is going to be a couple hundred more monthly than when you applied for it 2 days ago. Went to pick up my deposit and they were just as unprofessional trying to use the angry black lady line after I tried to explain to them that I had until that same day to notify my apartment that I wont be renewing and had already did. I felt safe since I was approved and the contracted was drafted and ready to be signed. ****. Instead of being apologetic when I went, one said something of the sort like idk what sht shes talking about and when I said excuse me? She actually became MORE disrespectful and unprofessional saying am I talking to you, mind your business. Im like look give me my money so I can GO. The guy proceeded to say then go while making the shooing gesture. I proceeded to call 911 on them as I wasnt about to be accused to the angry black lady line after they did what they did. The only decent person was the realtor ***** that I was dealing with personally. She seemed very sincere and was apologetic about the situation.

At FCG Realty, we take professionalism and customer service seriously. While we acknowledge that there was an unfortunate error in the listing price, we immediately took responsibility and provided the prospect with the option to receive a full refund of all application fees, deposits, and rental payments. We understand that this was an inconvenience, which is why we worked to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

However, the claims made in this review do not accurately reflect what occurred in our office. Upon arrival, the prospect immediately began shouting and demanding to speak with a manager. Our property manager approached her to offer an apology and to reiterate that the refund was already being processed. Despite this, the prospect escalated the situation by yelling, using inappropriate language, and disrespecting our staff. The refund process was explained to her, and she was informed it would take a few minutes to complete. Unfortunately, rather than allowing the process to take place, she continued to be aggressive, creating a hostile environment.

At no point did any member of our team use the language or engage in the behavior described in her review. In fact, she called 911 because she states we were taking too long to process the refund. During which she could be heard continuing to use profanity and aggressive language. This behavior was unnecessary, as we had already agreed to and were in the process of issuing her refund. Once the refund checks were ready, she grabbed them and continued using profanities as she left.

We understand that this was a frustrating situation regarding the error in the listing price. However, we do not condone or tolerate abusive behavior towards our staff. While we will always work to resolve issues professionally, we also expect to be treated with the same level of respect we extend to our customers.

To whomever this is, unluckily for you guys I have a recording, one thing I ALWAYS do when dealing with certain matters for this exact reason. Yes your staff was absolutely cursing at me, especially the big one and the man. Secondly, I am still awaiting my application refund in which I messaged and asked ***** TWICE about just today with NO RESPONSE, so please continue to tell me how I received all of my money back. I was OUTSIDE of your establishment to avoid any further conflict when the lead came out cursing at me so YES I definitely snatched the check, responded to your disrespect and left. Yes I absolutely called the cops because just like you are on here LYING, I knew it wouldve been the same case. Absolutely no one was abusive or came in cursing and yelling, perhaps it got there AFTER you guys decided to do it to a customer first. Absolute thieves, & after reading the other reviews, I absolutely dodged a bullet.

If you're considering using this company, look elsewhere.

Upon move in our carpets were dirty. We took pictures and emailed them to the the management team. During move out, they charged us for the carpets.

When we moved in the vegetable door was broken in the fridge, we complained prior to moving in. Yet, they charged us for the fridge.

That's not my biggest gripe with the company. It's how they handled the move out experience.

90 days prior to our lease expiring, I contacted them to see if our rent would rise. They said, they won't let us know, until 30 days prior because they need to do an inspection.

The inspection happens, they raise the rent. My wife and I decide, we can find better housing for that price. I knew we were inside the 90 day window, so I wanted to make sure we would not be penalized.

I called and spoke with the manager, I asked her if we would be penalized since we were inside the window. She said it's close enough, and we are around the holidays, no penalty would happen.

We sent in our information to let them know we would not be renewing. We move out and months later we were slapped with a massive bill. A bill on top of the deposit we made.

The most egregious item on the bill was them charging us for the next months rent because we broke the lease without enough notice. Despite me calling and asking AND emailing them as soon as we received the new rent rate.

We sent them multiple letters, called multiple times, no return call. Like what company doesn't have the decency to call you and discuss this? One that is trying to pull one over on you.

I send a big package to them with everything that has happened. No response.

Fast forward four months and I am getting a call from a collections agency to pay FGC the rent they say that I owe.
