    Stayed at a ******************* reunion. Had a great experience, receieved donuts and coffee at the step on our first night stay, and could not have asked fora better welcome. Plenty of towels and pillows and great to know we had 24/7 support when we needed it. Luckily we didn't need much assistance, and had a great time!

    I dont recommend this business. I had booked a four night stay here as a surprise trip for my kids for Christmas. When we arrived at the rental, it was not as described. Within two hours of arriving I reach out via text with some issues. As the night went on, additional issues were found. I was told they were looking into the issues of the theater not working, games not working etc. I followed up every day of our stay and received the same response rest assured they were sending to a member of maintenance. Long story short, I was never contacted back and the rental was not clean. I followed up with an email asking for a partial refund of our stay and thats when it actually gets worse. Swanky leadership has been sending me bullying emails threatening me with an attorney because Ive been posting honest reviews. I posted a review to their ******** page which they have taken down and blocked me. Their website doesnt allow for reviews though. It says that they have five star. I did post a review on ****** and they had their employees and contractors go on and post five star reviews to offset the actual , bad reviews they have. I am working on a dispute with my credit card, but each one of their responses has been threatening to me. I would not recommend anyone rent from this business.
