Our family just came back from a 4 days Disney cruise in ********* (15th March to 19th March). We booked this cruise to celebrate our daughter's 10th birthday. We have never been to the cruise but we have heard highly about your cruise from friends and family so we decided to book your 4 days Disney cruise in ********* (15th March to 19th March). We were very thrilled and very happy with customer service and hospitality of all staff members. However, we had a really bad experience with the room accommodation. I paid extra for the guaranteed room and your company assigned me room 2565. What we experienced from day 1 was that there was some sort of loud noise coming out from the wall next to our room. It was continuous on every 5 to 10 minutes for all 4 nights that we stayed. We talked about it to guest services and the service manager noticed that and also made a note of it. However since the entire cruise was sold out, they did not have any other room where they could transfer us. However the noise and vibration was so loud that my family and I were not able to sleep properly. We recorded videos every night with those loud sounds and showed it to the service manager, I believe her name was ****. She made a note of the incident and provided me customer service email address in order to reach out to your team as she explained that booking was made online and paid through...she cannot do anything on her side.
