    American warranty has not received your P.O. request for a new Viking refrigerator control panel. It has been two weeks since your service man said he would expedite the part. I am leaving Celebration for the summer season on Friday and will not return until September. Can you please expedite this process? This will be the seventh service call with you for my refrigerator!

    This company was assigned to us by **** ****** ********. They took them 2 weeks to come to look what is the problems. After it took them 3 weeks to come to fix it. The technician come and refused to install the parts after 3 visits. They changed their names because whatever reason and they still have very poor customer service. The are the worst in the market. Please do not use them for any repairs. They should find another business to do other than dealing with customers

    I do apologize about the level of service you feel you have received. According to our records, we received your work order on 11/8 and we scheduled a video diagnosis for 11/10 (within the warranty company's 48hr scheduling timeframe). The video quality was poor so we were unable to gather the model/serial information for your three units (dishwasher, range, and microwave) and after multiple attempts to have you send them to us, we scheduled an appointment to gather the necessary information on 11/16. During that visit, we contacted you at 1:06 and left a message that you were next, the technician sent a text message that he was en route, and waited almost 15mins for you to arrive. Our report was submitted to your warranty company on 11/17 and we received all of the requested parts on 11/27. We called you the same day and scheduled for 12/7. At the visit on 12/7, the technician found that both the dishwasher and range were full of pests (roaches) and pictures and video evidence was taken. The pest infestation and pictures were reported to your home warranty company and they denied your repairs.

    The home sheild warranty company assigned another company. The new company came and fix the dish washer. Today December 22, 2023. The same technician, came to fix the under cabinet microwave. The technician uninstall the microwave and stated that it was installed incorrectly. He was complaining the microwave was greasy but he has a running nose , I don't know if that from drug related or was covid. He fixed the microwave but he didn't put it back as it was before. I am sure it was installed correctly because I had it before. Please do not send an druggie technician or sick person. He left the microwave on the top of the stove. But I called home shield and they are going to sign a better company. This company changed names because the poor service and unhappy customer, even though you review in your new company 2.3. I advice BBB to shut them down because they don't belong to business oriented. They need to be care who they send for technician.
