    I have a strong aversion to the service provided by **********, and they are obstructing the process of transferring my account to a different carrier. They are failing to furnish the Account PIN, which is mandated by Maryland law, and they persistently deny my new carrier's requests to port the number. Both Sharktek and RedFax consistently create obstacles in reaching a live agent, and they further attempt to contravene Maryland laws by trying to record my conversations without my consent.

    We received an inquiry in regards to Melody's pin number to port her fax number to another carrier and we provided that immediately upon request. We understand the *** laws and requirements for Local Number Portability. We do not have record of a call from the number mentioned in the complaint, this is the same number we have for her customer account. The fax number was ported out on 6/20 the email correspondence between ****** and support staff was on 6/16. ****** could have submitted a ticket request, emailed our support email or gave us a call to provide the pin number. We have been in this business too long to fight anyone over a pin number. We never have and never will. If ****** could provide any supporting documentation then we could look into this further, but I have found only a single email pertaining to us providing the pin number and that is all no other requests in any medium.

    I subscribed to ********** for a fax service. But I can't login anymore the next day. No support hotline is working for 3 days already.

    Support via phone representative is first come first serve. We don't typically call back customers that didn't leave a message. We have other support routes via our "Contact Us" page and from the welcome email the customer received only a day prior to their original complaint. We service customers in every state and other countries. We also have a forgot password at the login screen. no message was left the user simply hung up from the 2 calls previous to their original complaint.
