    I had a traffic lock removed and the mechanic broke my horn and fixed it with a 5 minutes fix that involved just a dab of glue and a $75 charge for an issue they caused. While fixing that wire; they broke the handle for my steering wheel tilt lock (after moving it for the previous repair) and this was on April *******.. since then its been excuse after excuse for not having me come in to repair it; as well as informing me that they will repair the fix in writing and after multiple unanswered texts and calls but since my issue isnt serious there is no rush; I was finally told (on 6/7) they have to order the part (which I was told was ordered over a month ago in writing) and would be in a wk later. I told them to cancel all orders and Ill have my own mechanics repair it which is gunna cost me over $200 dollars now because I am moving soon and not going to waste my time with another excuse or allowing them to work on my truck after all this.

    I spoke with Mr. ***** other mechanic. His mechanic told me that he had already suggested a replacement of that wire harness and because of the cost involved Mr. **** chose not to replace it.  As it was already an issue and it took my service department time to diagnose the issue and fix, I am confused as towards why this is a complaint. It was a known issue to the customer that it should had already been addressed. It had caused us time to figure out what the problem was and time to fix the issue. The charge was absolutely fair. We are offering no refund at this time. Next time a mechanic tells you to fix a wire harness maybe take their advice. We never would have had an issue if the harness had been replaced at the previous time of service by the previous mechanic.

    I am rejecting this response and replying because:

    This complaint has nothing to do with the wire your mechanic yanked on by mistake that I had to pay the $75 for which you replaced with a dab of glue we both watched him do and it was settled in your office. 
    This complaint is regarding something you obviously do not remember even though you were standing right there as well; was your mechanic on the same day broke the handle that adjusts my steering wheel which also yes; my mechanic is replacing as well. 
    I have in writing from ***** after weeks of trying to resolve this because not only am I moving and wont be here but now have to pay out of my own pocket now for a mistake your team did and I dont feel safe allowing anymore work on my truck to be done there when it seems your team cant even answer phone calls and I have to text just to talk someone there; but I seem to have more problems after having work done then I did before I brought it in. 
    attached is the convo in writing saying you would repair on your teams behalf and it just kept getting pushed back after multiple excuses. I will not be replying over this dead issue anymore. Good day gentlemen.

    Delete the company failed to disclose all the problems at the car had and never provided me with a copy of the contract or the price that we agreed upon for the car and I believe that they because they wont produce the document that they charge me more than we agreed upon, and they threatening to repo the vehicle and I still havent received any documentation on the vehicle that I signed papers for.

    Gave them 2000$ then for the next following month had to give them 3000$ more. After buying the car it broke down on me 2 days later! Then on payment date was 3 days late and they had someone come repo the car immediately! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL !!!!!

    Apply to purchase car Nissian 370Z for $11750. His web-site advertises as a bhph,dealership with 100% approval rating, that's not the reason I selected his business, but it didn't hurt either. It was the best deal on the internet,probably saving me 2000-2500,might have beaten price when you put in shipping, but car was top notch clean, low mileage *****.. Told him I wanted car had a co-signer.would fill out app and send them in. He (*****) told me it would be better if we got the financing in *****,exspecialy since I got a cosigner,told him sure even though, I wanted to do it then, had been looking for car for 2 months and had been turn down at least 12 times are more are didn't have enough down. ***** ask me if I wanted to put deposit down to hold car, someone was coming in 2 days to buy it,told him no should have loan approved tomorrow. left it at that, ***** didn't push it.We got 6 banks in our town, went to 5 of them. turn down at all 5. 2 of them only finance New cars, the other 3 didn't finance cars older than 10 years. Next day I place several calls and fill out apps mostly at credit unions. called co- signer to have him fill the same apps out,told me he had filled one out at the car lot, but had change his mind about co-signing, he had came across some land that he was buying and didn"t want to take any chances on losing it. Called ***** and told him. Suggested that I try a bunch of credit unions and a particular bank,already had. Told him I would use him on the bhph add he suggested I use there lay away program,ask him how it work, first he told me not to worry about it but told him I was worried and was my car protected against weather and vandalizing, he said sure. my question was how much and how long,told me as long as it takes you to get a loan. the cost would be 400-1000, all off it going toward car,said he needed a 1000deposit, told him I wasn't sure and I would need this in writingbut I would half to thank about it.Told me if I was worried about dep

    I am rejecting this response because:I've hire a lawyer, you told me the case is closed, that they didn't respond in time. by waiting so long, you and them
     have cost me time. I need will time to consult my attourney, again you told men the case was closed and it would stay on his record permantely,  In regaurds to his reply it's a lie,thats all they do. He's stalling for time, hoping to ware me out, but he's feeding the fire. My lawyer told men i can recieve additional monies, I bnelieve this has become a criminal case now. Again will need to consult with my lawyer, told me it was close I would like you to do what you said you were going to do post the complaint with them not responding, are there just going to keep lieing draging it on even thier name rells you what thier all about Simon, thats what they thank about you and me, where just a game, little do they knowe thier game mighht have kill me, i've miss about 15 Dr. ************* because of thier @#$#@ game/.

    He claims to have given us a shipping deposit. We have never taken a shipping deposit in all our years of business. If we where to take any money for a shipping deposit it would make us liable if something happened during shipping.  That's why we always let the customer deal directly with the shipping company. He tried to get financing on his own and was unable to secure a loan. We where happy to give him a loan, but he didn't have enough money as a down payment. We sent him the agreement contract for the non refundable deposit. He then sent payment after reviewing the agreement. Therefore he has no refund coming. He understood the terms before we received the deposit.

    I purchased a vehicle in Sept 2023 for total of $4000 down with 11k owed. Approximately two weeks into the deal the car broke down causing severe financial hardship as the company has charged thousands of dollars in repairs yet vehicle remain dangerous to drive. Now on the verge of losing my job they havent repaired the vehicle fully to mitigate check engine light yet have my car which wont be released until done.

    As discussed, you are welcome to service your vehice anywhere you like. You are welcome to pick up your vehicle anytime you like.  The first issue you had with your car was because of you not using correct fuel. As this vehicle requires premium fuel and you used regular. The current issue has nothing to do with the initial issue of when you purchased the car. Please explain why you believe a shifter issue has anything to do with a missfire..... Replacment is not an option. After this repair is complete and you pay for it we will no longer help you with maintaing your vehicle. Please come today and pick it upi and pay your bill.

    This account had been settled and was a charge off but just recently. I believe November, did it show up on my wife and my credit reports with a 99$ back owed balance. We would never have ignored such a low balance and am trying to pay it and get it removed but Simon says  (aka wicked nice caaz) of Cape Coral have not been accommodating. They are also extremely rude and condescending. We had nothing but issues dealing with them.

    As you can see, I was reaching out to settle a $99 debt that was just added this past month to my report, which I included the direct bill from Equifax, that I did not know existed. Now the gentlemen at Wicked Nice Caaz, is stating there’s more to it. I am going by his own documentation not so thing that could’ve been doctored since my reaching out. It was a charge off that was already on my account since 2019 and should not be accruing any more fees since it was a charge off. And also, as you see, threats are most definitely rude and horrible practice for any business when I was fully willing to pay the balance $99 that appeared just this month.

    I simply inform you of what your options are and what the consequences may be for the choices you make. I am happy to close the account for what is truly owed.  I'm fine with letting a judge or arbortrator solve this dispute as I'm sure our contract will show that we are in the right. In regards to the credit burea, They reflect what our records are. When you brought you account to my attention I reviewed it and noticed a mistake. I corrected it. Now it may reflect in your credit report correctly already. If not give it time to update. If you would like to go over this together I'm more than happy to do it. So here is my question to you. Are you wanting to settle the account for what you honestly owe?

    On Aug. 24, 2022 my husband and I took my ****** Prius to WICKED NICE CAAAZ on *********** in ************* because there was a brake light that occasionally popped up on the instrument panel and a funny flapping noise coming from the car as well. We figured it was something minor and wanted to get it fixed. We spoke to the owner, ******************************** who said to leave the car overnight that he would take a look at it and call me the following day. When he finally called he said he looked at the car and among other things the brakes were bad and needed to be replaced immediately because it was dangerous to drive and quoted me more than $4,000.00 for new brakes. I was shocked as they seemed to work fine and we had no idea that we needed all those things done since I always took my car to the dealer for maintenance and that never came up. We told him we weren't prepared to do that just now but some other time perhaps. He then offered to buy my car for 4 or $5000 but when I said I didn't want to sell, as I knew my car is worth a lot more than that. He got angry and yelled on the phone that nobody around would give me a better price on the repairs because he was the cheapest around, etc. We went to pick up the car and he said we owed him money for looking at the car and then wrote up a bill for what he said was **** hours of labor at $125.00 an hour which totaled $189.69 even though his card says his labor rates are $95.00 an hour. However, he didn't do anything to my car, not even an oil change or a real inspection. He held my car hostage as he would not release it until we paid him. Today I took my car to ****** in *************** and they did a complete multi-point inspection and found that the brakes were fine, all they needed was a BG brake service which is cleaning and new brake fluid, not even new pads! ****** also checked all the hoses, belts and fluid levels.They changed the oil and filter, did a wheel alignment & rotated the tires, now the car drives like new, total:$674.96
