  I would highly recommend RK&M Consulting.You need someone like them to file your insurance claim. They were on top of the claim from beginning. They didn't stop at the first settlement check.They refiled the claim and got another check for me for more than I expected.

  Absolute worst company i have ever had to deal with. Hired them as a public adjuster after hurricane Ian. First off Brett A******** will say anything to get you to sign with them. Once you sign the paperwork he will never return a call. Second their office has nobody answering the phones, you will leave messages only to never get a return call. Third when a check did finally show up it sat on the owners desk for a month. It wasn't until my attorney threatened them did the check get mailed. If you have storm damage from this latest hurricane please call a different company unless you want people like Brett A******** lying to your face.

  I have been in touch with them since Hurricane ***. They have helped me along the way. They got a partial check from my insurance so that I could get my roof replaced. My insurance company UPC went belly up, so the rest of my claim is in the hands of the state. This company is taking care of everything. They new about the extra stress that I was having, and they were so compassionate about that also. They are all great people to work with.

  Great company to work with. They were there throughout the process. ****************************** and the office girls were very helpful and made the process stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  After reading these reviews I would think it's a different company you folks have been dealing with. I'm dealing with RK&M out of Cape Coral Florida as well and all I get for updates from them since Ian on my supplement claim is apparently the insurance company keeps passing my claim to another adjuster... They really don't seem to be after it. From what i can tell they call only once a week and then they're good with that kinda progress. But they were really quick to take 10% out of my initial claim that I would have got without them... Hopefully results will follow...Not holding my breath though....

  From: ***************************** is an excellent company. They made life easier for me and my husband considering we are from out of state. They did all of the leg works in taking care of the claim for ********** home in ******* that was affected by recent hurricane. This company went the extra, extra mile to make sure we are getting what is really fair for ** from the insurance company. Their staffs especially Ms. ******** *************** ************ and ******************** were very helpful and very pleasant to work with. Basing it from our experience , we highly recommend this company for anyone out there looking for a stress free , trustworthy adjuster company . "RK&M is the one for you" We mean... why not make life easier for you? They definitely know what they are doing and they make sure they get the work done correctly.   *********************** with RK&M Claims Consulting was extremely helpful throughout this whole experience. Dealing with hurricane *** and the aftermath was frustrating but they made the process with my insurance company easier to deal with. They walked me and my husband through every step and made sure we understood everything that was going on. On top of that he was very nice and easy to deal with.

  Great company hands down best ** out there. Took all the guesswork out of the equation after *** hit **. Rk&m got us whole again I really appreciate all you guys have done for us and continue to call and check up on us.

  Having worked closely with them on the adjuster side of the claims world for several years, they are very knowledgeable, hardworking, and very caring. They know what works, and what doesnt work. If you are in need of insurance help, I would highly recommend giving them a chance to help you, you will be in great hands!
