    I would give zero stars if I can. Do not rent from these people. Angela D****** is a miserable lady. If you have any issues big or small she will hire the best of the best to come out and you will 100% get billed despite it not being something you did. We had plumbing issues where feces was coming up the toilet, shower and baths and she billed us. Second time we reached out to a local plumping and noted it was related to the poor Plumping and building. AC stopped working overnight and the next morning was accused we didn’t change the AC filter when it was changed every month- was billed for that. My son and I were showering- two separate days and the shower walls literally caved in. We noticed in the garage there was spare shower tiles so assuming this was an issue with the previous renter- And the was BLACK MOLD. I had an elderly disabled women, an infant and a 13 yr old with my husband and I. My infant that stays in the room with us developed a persistent cough (another issue). She had a pool company come out after hurricane ian a week before we Moved out and drain the entire pool to acid cleaned the pool. My husband has been a pool tech for many years and says unless feces was in the pool that was an unnecessary charge. She had them refill the entire pool and two days later when the pool drained a bit refilled again. The pool guy left the water running from 9am until 630pm when my husband came home From Work. When asked the name of the pool company she refused to Provide the name of the company. We were left with a 700 dollar bill and text from her stating to not contact her again. Her boss was no help- Mark E******. she sent us a written paper with how she’s going to spend our money and also requesting over 700 and something more dollars one band for interior painting, which the house needed to be long painted before we moved in and we do not smoke, I can go on, but I’m running out of characters. If you value your money, do not rent from these people!
