    Business owner failed to return to complete project and punch list. We paid balance of project to Tony and he never returned to complete our renovation. He gave me his word he would come back to complete punch list items. We have written him multiple times over the past 6 weeks and no one has shown up to complete the punch list. ****** "Tony" **** and his renovation team were hired to renovate the first floor of our home in Naples. The project included new tile flooring, paint, new solid core doors, recessed lighting and base boards. The quality of the work was below average and required multiple attempts to complete parts of the renovation. In addition, Tony's GC Freddy ********* only showed up to the project 3 times over an 8-week timeframe. I do NOT recommend customers use this business. We have an incomplete project and they broke their word by never returning after being paid in full.
