            We moved from ********************************************************* on 11/23/2022. *************** Company cleaned our pool. We had auto pay with our credit card to pay monthly. My husband emailed and called to stop service in November ,before we sold the house. Aqua ****************** kept trying to collect payment For December and Now January. They have been harrassing Me and my husband by email, now with another Company that owns them, ******************** LLC. They are emailing Invoices to us for payment and we don't own it! They will not give up. We just want peace. We are sick of being constantly harrassed by them. Maybe they think its funny to harrass elderly people.The new owners did not hire them. They have a manager that rents and takes care of the property.Please help us stop them from the constant harrassment.

            *************** was very quick, never took anything apart, just did a test strip of the water to see if "chemicals are in balance" for an American Home Shield exclusion catch all that says if your pool levels are not "in balance" the claims are denied, good job here man, the pump was installed by them , not sure they ever replaced the shaft seal 9 months ago,The pump is under warranty and he will not do anything with the vendor because "chemical imbalance damaged the seal, made it leak and thus took out the motor... " a lot of if's there.Did you test the pool water outside the pump, check records of a pool store testing the water biweekly.... no just chemical imbalance is magical and damages everything....
