    We contracted Gulfstream Pools to resurface our pool and replace the tile around the top of the pool. The contract stated they would service the pool for one month after completing the renovation.We had contracted ***************** to put coping around our pool and pavers on the pool deck. This job was in conjunction with Gulfstream Pools to refinish our pool.First the ***************** team came and did the coping and the pavers. When they were finished Gulfstream Pools came and started the pool refinishing. When the pool was finished and filled with water, Gulfstream turned the sheer decent water feature on it did not work. The pool company poked in the sheer decent opening trying to unplug whatever was in the opening. ***************** sent someone to try to open this clog as well. Neither company was able to clean out the opening to its original status. The waterfall was in perfect working order before the renovation started. And at this time, we do not know who is responsible, but it does not work the same way.A management representative from Gulfstream Pools told us that Gulfstream would definitely fix the sheer decent water fall and make it right. He (*****) then checked the solar heater to see if that had anything to do with the falls. He (*****) took a part from our flow converter to the solar panels and said that he would order that part and fix the solar. He called the next day and said that he was NOT going to order that part. Our solar does not work without this part the water flow will not go to the solar panels without this part. Therefore, we can NOT use our solar heat. All we want is the water feature to work as it did prior to the renovation and the part from the solar heater replaced. We are willing to pay the invoice in full once the sheer decent waterfall has been repaired or replaced and the solar is working.
