I am facing two issues with this business. The first is that I had a discount code that they provided me but it didn't work. They partially corrected the issue but not completely. I believe I'm still due $1.43 refund from the over payment. The 2nd issue is the fact that this order still hasn't shipped and the purchase was made almost a week ago now. This can appear as a scam.I've tried reaching out to customer support multiple times to get an update on my order but I haven't received it. They incorrectly address the charge by telling me I'm not owed anything, but they continue to ignore my question where I ask for an order update.I am very disappointed with this experience. I am seeking the following:1. $1.43 credit which from my calculation I believe is owed to me.2. Update on order. If it still hasn't been shipped, then due to the inconvenience, I would request it gets express shipped at no charge to the customer 3. Contact from the business. I am very disappointed with my experience here but I do want to continue doing business. Please reach out to me so we can discuss how to make this negative experience right.Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.

The customer placed an order with us. Customer let us know that they had a 10% off credit received in their email. We gladly issued a 10% credit ($10.43) towards their order. Customer disputes amount and wants another credit. We let them know that the credit is on the product only and not shipping or sales tax. Customer issues complaint to ********************. Recalling shipment from *** and issuing a 100% refund.

      12/07/2023

I am rejecting this response because I never requested a refund. I asked for an explanation around the partial credit. Their communication is subpar. They clearly missed my main concern which I asked them about over and over (to which they didn't respond).

I made the purchase about a week ago and it never entered shipment. I kept asking when it would be shipped out. They only answered the question about the incorrect credit but never provided a response about the status of the item and where it was.

As demonstrated above, I prove my point that they clearly missed what I was asking for. I was asking for contact by the business for a status update of when I would receive the item. They did not provide that. Instead they just cancel the order.

I would like contact by the business to explain why my order was cancelled when I should have been receiving it this week.

Date of transaction is 09/16/2023. I purchased a 10-****** pack for the amount of $705 in total of classes fees and platform fees with coach *****. I booked my first ****** for 09/19/2023 at 9:00am at ************** tennis court in *************, **. The ****** is never confirmed by the coach I chose, they suggested another coach and ******s with him in *******, I denied because its too far and wont work for me. Thus I have asked for a refund on 09/18/2023. They had my request and promised to get back to me in 48hrs but again never happened. On 09/26/2023, they called me finally but saying can only offer me partial refund because my dispute does not satisfy their refund policy. Regardless that I didnt even receive the service I purchased for at first place.

Ms. ******* past purchase was to attend a local training Sept 6th-8th and did not attend that specific training many years ago and was unrelated to COVID in 2019. We make several attempts to contact students to attend the training they purchased and alternative dates when available. We held another live onsite training in Sept 2021 in her area and **************** also did not attend that follow up training. The training program has one year for attendance.

Her signed contract indicated the terms and cancellation period along with separate initials on the contract indicating that she also received the notice of cancellation form that provided three (3)days to cancel for a refund.

**************** received all the training materials at the time of purchase and had the option to attend the training that was offered years ago. We are sad to hear health issues related to COVID and wish the best for her moving forward. Thank you Student Resolutions Team

Back in October 2019 my mom and I bought into a program for 16k and paid 1/3 of it up front. the past few days I have tried to reach out via web sight and all the numbers come back as, "no longer in use" , "you have won a free ******* gift card" , or " medical insurance. I have also contacted the host of the In person webinar in 2019 and no responses. This is a hug mistake I have gotten into and have missed out on what I was told they would send me for real-estate! Beware of this scam.

      Business response

      02/07/2023

We have been in contact with ****************** and ****************** via email and phone from their enrollment many years ago on October 27th,2019.

****************** made a deposit on a training program with 6 months to attend the training. The training program was transferred to ****************** and never paid the balance due. A few years ago in 2021, they called to continue the program and again reviewed options but it was pending payment on the remaining balance. We activated training content and additional time for the amount paid towards the program. We have also invited them to participate in other trainings in effort to provide support with their investing goals.

We informed ****************** that he could pay the balance to continue with the training moving forward but did not hear back until the BBB posting in 2023. ****************** states that he has missed out on real estate and that this is a scam, however our records indicate that we have provided training content for the amount of the deposit, invites to other training content along with additional time but ultimately he has not paid in full from many years ago.

We encourage him to continue working with student resolutions and the available options of support moving forward.Thank you. Student Resolutions Team

Hello,On Oct. 27, 2019 my wife ******** and I purchased an education package from Elite Legacy Education, a brand of Legacy Education Alliance. One of the items purchased was a live 3 day Mentorship. Before we could schedule the program was shut down due to Covid. We were promised many times right up until late 2021 that we would be contacted as soon as scheduling was possible. Since then communication has ceased. We let countless messages and emails with no reply. Now it appears the phones have been shut down. We paid ********* for this mentorship and it now appears that a publicly traded and trusted company has stolen our money. We request any assistance we can in finding resolution. Thanks *****************************

I paid for 1-on-1 mentoring program. The mentoring session was scheduled for early 2020. Then global pandemic happened and the Gov't shut down everything. We also had a baby in late 2020, so it was not safe to do 1-on-1 mentoring while pregnant. They said its not a problem, we can schedule later. My company contemplated to move me to another state between Feb - Aug 2021, so could not schedule during that time as these mentoring programs as location specific (lenders, market, city councils, etc). Moved in Aug 2021 to new state. Requested for mentoring in summer 2022, but the company's all phone numbers are not in service. Please help to get my money back, OR get me some training I paid for. I didn't pay them a ***** less, I did my end of the bargain. It was a difficult time for everyone around the world. If Elite Legacy Education is reading this -- I just want the training (or money back if that's not possible, but that's my last option). Thank you!

Please see attached file Elite BBB Complaint.doc for details. Thank you I attended a 3 day real estate seminar beginning on September 9, 2021 in Nashville, TN that was hosted by Elite Legacy Education. There were tactics used within the seminar that led me to sign up out of excitement, without fully realizing the amount of money that I was spending or knowing exactly what I was receiving in return i.e.; tactics such as highlighting the amount of money I would make in real estate using their systems and education, and using those potential profits to minimize the cost of the program. One of the Elite Legacy Advisors convinced me to take a personal loan out for the program. He then filled the loan application out for me and had me sign. When I attempted to cancel with the vendor, they stated that I was unable to do so because I was past the 3 day cancellation period. They in turn promised additional training that was again, extremely unhelpful. On a side note, my log-in for the training portal did not work during the three days following signing up therefor I was not aware at the time of the poor quality training that was going to be provided. Within the package that I purchased was online training material, a personalized and in-depth conversation with a tax advisor, and a 3-day in person seminar in Orlando that was originally scheduled for October 2021. Once I was able to gain access to the educational site, I found that the training videos were extremely poor quality and filmed in 2015. Much of the information was no longer pertinent to the current real estate market and was non-useful. The tax advisor missed our first meeting and though I attempted to set up a new meeting several times, never received a call back to reschedule. This was reported to Elite Legacy however I still did not receive this service whatsoever. The seminar originally scheduled for October 2021 in Orlando was cancelled and rescheduled on several occasions until it was finally cancelled altogether. Elite Legacy offered a nominal $600 credit and an education Zoom meeting instead. I currently have an outstanding balance with Elite Legacy for $5015. I have paid $2800 directly to them. I paid the $14000 personal loan debt off with two separate credit cards. These credit card companies are now disputing the charges with Elite Legacy who is fighting back. During the seminar the Elite Legacy Advisors forbid us to exchange information with other participants. I have however been able to make contact with one other participant who also made attempts to cancel, get his money, and dispute the charges but has also been unsuccessful so far.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/08) */ Mr. ***** is seeking a refund for his enrollment into the Elite training program. The Elite purchase was made on September 12th of 2021, that purchase is not eligible for a refund several months after the purchase. The refund request should be made within the three (3) business days per the cancellation period listed on the cancellation form. This was also disclosed on the agreement that he signed. The training package purchased includes two live online and two live in-person training deliveries. We offer a hybrid participation allowing our students to participate in those two formats. He is currently participating in training topics, live online along with on-demand and has 1 session remaining for his mentorship program at the time of this response. He has the option to attend upcoming trainings by continuing to contact us as his schedule allows for the duration on the agreement. He is actively participation in trainings and resources but asking for a refund, it's unclear for that reasoning based on his request. All available support and training content will continue to be available that he purchased and stated in the signed agreement. He has referenced a scheduling conflict with the Tax & Asset portion of his training, he has all the contact information along with the specific support person to simply reschedule. We encourage him to reply back to his appointment confirmation email for additional options and that should be resolved based on his availability. Our live event was cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we plan to reschedule as soon as possible. That however doesn't stop him from participating in the upcoming training(s) available live online that are associated within his purchased program. We've made contact, we assisted in all aspects whether it's scheduling, activating on-demand(s), supporting software and training schedule options from the student portal. We continue to encourage him to participate in all the trainings available, working with student resolutions and the available options of training content and support. He can pay any final balance on his account as soon as possible. Thank you. - Student Resolutions Team Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Due to issues with Elite Legacy's Portal that were outside of my control, I did not have access to their training during the three days they state I was able to cancel the agreement. As a result, I was unaware of how poor quality the training and videos were. Therefor I was not provided the adequate time to make an informed decision concerning my purchase. Once access was gained to the portal, I contacted Elite Legacy in an attempt to cancel my services and notify them I was unhappy with their poor quality training. I was told at that time that I was already past the three day cancellation period and was unable to cancel the services. I am not participating in any on-line trainings. At the advice of the fraud department from my credit card companies, I did make an attempt to attend and learn from one of their courses several months ago. The material and presentation however was once again of extremely low quality and lacking in subject matter. I have not attended any online training sessions following this instance. I have participated in 7 mentorship phone calls, again at the advice of my credit card fraud department. My participation in these calls is the reason I have offered to settle at less than a 100% refund. I made attempts on several occasions to contact the individuals performing the Tax & Asset portion of the training. I never received an answer or a return call. I also contacted Elite Legacy about the lack of response from the Tax & Asset portion of the training to which they had promised assistance which was never fulfilled. Elite Legacy used unfair practices and calculated pressure techniques manipulate individuals into purchasing this program. While being pressured by a representative from Elite Legacy to purchase the program, I explained that I did not have the funds at that time due to medical issues that my wife was experiencing. The representative from Elite Legacy then pressured me to use his personal computer to take out a personal loan in my name for $60,000. The representative asked me personal financial information such as social security number and bank account number to complete the application. The funds from this loan were then used to pay for the Elite Legacy program. The live event Elite Legacy claims to be rescheduling has been cancelled on several occasions. We are now four months post the first scheduled date that was cancelled and there is no future date announced for this training. It should be assumed at this point that there will be no live event. Elite Legacy has not upheld their portion of the agreement. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/01) */ The reply from Mr. ***** is confusing. He states that he purchased a program, participated in multiple training items and mentorship and has been advised from his credit card fraud department on the level of participation he should do? We highly encourage Mr. ***** to provide with them with the signed contract, terms and notice of cancellation and the training completed so far to help clarify any of their concerns with the purchase, he made. Each person makes the decision to purchase or not, Mr. ***** decided to move forward. He has been very eager to move forward, speaking with several team members for next steps and how to start investing and we've been helping him from the beginning. We will continue to provide assistance in all aspects whether it's scheduling, activating on-demand(s), supporting software and training schedule options from the student portal. We continue to encourage him to participate in all the trainings available, working with student resolutions and the available options of training content and support. He can also pay the final balance on his account as soon as possible. Thank you. - Student Resolutions Team Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/03/15) */ The response from Elite Legacy is false on several accounts. In their response it is stated that I have eagerly spoke with numerous team members. Please be advised that aside from the single advisor, the only individuals from Elite Legacy that I have spoken with were those that were involved as I was requesting a refund, and those involved as I made complaints concerning my inability to gain access to the program and the quality of the program once access was finally made available. Please also be advised that during the stated 3-day grace period in which Elite Legacy reports a cancellation would have been possible, I did not have access to the training materials that were promised due to an error on Elite's behalf. Though I did sign the agreement, it was signed as a result of the sales persons from the original seminar using manipulative sales tactics and reporting unrealistic profits from previous deals. It was suggested that we too would be able to make these same unrealistic profits as a result of purchasing the Elite Legacy training program.

I am unfortunately writing this complaint due to multiple inconsistencies with the company which have made me regret the amount we paid ($32,500). At this time we are looking for a full refund. We had multiple hesitancies during the sign up process, mostly due to the large amount of money, but we trusted the company and were disappointed with the lack of communication and direction we received. The biggest reason we signed up and paid so much money was for the live in-person training/seminars. I understand that Covid is a real problem, but its been 5 months and who knows how much longer this will be around, but we do not have the ability to let that much money go. We have tried reaching out to customer service multiple times since we last spoke on December 10, 2021. Every time I called, I kept getting voicemails! This is during normal business hours as well. We have also left a voicemail with no response. At this point, we are disappointed with how the company has handled things and do not think we should pay $32,500 for mostly videos. Here is a list of things that were NOT done by the company: 1) No welcome call since August (when we signed up) 2) No call from Anderson to setup our business 3) Multiple Rescheduling of in-person live Momentum training (Sept 2021 and Jan 2022) which we have been waiting on to get our business going. We had already booked hotel, flight, and car for the Sept 2021 seminar, but that was cancelled 2 weeks prior. 4) Called and emailed multiple times to confirm if Jan 2022 seminar was happening and kept getting told it was taking place, but then it was cancelled as well. 5) Also emailed Antonia (10/01/21) regarding why we have not received our welcome call and NEVER got a response from her. 6) No accountability calls Antonia has been "speaking" to me about this issue and seems to not have any emotion for the fact that they have not held up their end of the bargain and how much money we spent!

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/18) */ Mr. ******* is seeking a refund for his enrollment into the Elite training program. The Elite purchase was made on August 9th of 2021, that purchase is not eligible for a refund several months after the purchase. The refund request should be made within the three (3) business days per the cancellation period listed on the cancellation form. This was also disclosed on the agreement that he signed. Mr. ******* is actively participating in training and enrolled into upcoming topics. The training package purchased includes two live online and two live in-person training deliveries. He has the option to attend several upcoming trainings by continuing to contact us as his schedule allows for the duration on the agreement. His paperwork received at the training along with our website has all company updates, contact information, up to date training schedule and our elite student support that has been available from his enrollment in August. All available support and training content will continue to be available that he purchased. We have made over a dozen interactions via email, text and phone by multiple team members to help support him often no answer or reply to our communications. Our welcome call and email were made in August, per our normal process. Our live event was cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we plan to reschedule as soon as possible. When we've made contact, we assisted in all aspects whether it's scheduling, activating on-demand(s), supporting software and training schedule options from the student portal. Thank you. - Student Resolutions Team Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I never got a welcome call or email. The in person class got cancelled twice which is not fair to us as we've only been given a year to view the videos and complete all trainings by then. There have not been any attempts from Anderson to set up our company and it's been 5 months now. This was one of the things which included in our package and I have not heard anything from Anderson yet. Antonio keeps saying she will reach out and find out what's taking this long but she herself also is not very responsive and has not solved my issue yet. This company is cheated many ppl and is successfully cheating me as well. $33.5k is no joke!! We didn't receive the services we've paid for and are very dissatisfied with the company and want a full or a partial refund at lest.
