    Up until 3 weeks ago, I was being provided internet service from the company "Steadfast Communications" in ***************, **. They charge $116.54 for the service. In September, they charge my credit card 4 times in one month. The last payment was on 10/12/22. I have been without internet service since 11/10/22. I've been reaching out to them by phone, email, text messages and have not been able to reach anyone. When I call the number, it has been disconnected. I just want to find out if they are still in business and if I will be able to reconnect. Also, would like to know if they plan to return the overpayment that they pulled from my bank account. Can you help me?

    In August of 2022 my internet service expired. The company I was using was ************************ and they were from **** **. I received an email on August 9 2022 from this company Get Steadfast Communication and they are located in ********** **. They explained that they purchased ***** Comm. and had acquired all of their customers in **, MD, VA and NY. They were offering the same great deal and service that ***** offered. I contacted them to see if they were a real company. I spoke with a sales rep named ******. She explained the process the cost and how it worked. I was in contact with her serval times via emails and phone calls. They sent me a new modem and I was in contact with **** from the ****************** to help me set up. I signed up for the year service because I did that with ***** and it was a great deal and they give you a big discount if you sign up for the year. I paid $1,144.70 on August 13 2022. Everything was working great. And even if I had a question weeks later I was able to speak or email someone and they got back and answered me. Now in the beginning of November 2022 our service stopped working. I sent an email on Nov 8 and they sent an email back saying someone will be in contact within 24 hours. Today is Nov 25 and I have not heard back. I have emailed called and left many messages and even tried the chat room on the website with no answer. I don't know if they are a fraud company or what. I have tried the phone numbers they provided me and they are out of service now. **** and ****** would text me while helping me set up the modem. ****** phone number was ************. ******** number is ************. I would like refunded back at least $800.00 because they did provide some service. It's very frustrating because we have had no service and no response. I hope you would be able to help. Thank you for your time.

    I have had internet issues starting Labor Day weekend. I have emailed, chatted, texted, and called multiple times. The last I heard, they were getting new routers. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have tried and tried to get a status update, but no one ever picks up. I have left multiple messages with no response. They continue to bill me and will not respond.

    The service was being used for business purposes. Continued loss of internet. Almost no tech support.Finally, a response after two weeks of lost internet. Mails me a new SIM card. Internet lasted about 2 weeks. Lost internet again. after a week of trying to speak with someone I got a message they had my new modem and were mailing it out the next day. A week passed; no new modem showed, but they had no problem billing my account.Continued attempts to reach them resulted in no response.Finally, I sent a Revoke authorization for my account and within 10 minutes they responded with (we will send a return label".That is an indication that they have been getting my messages but simply ignoring them.

    I started out as a customer with ***** **********************. They changed to Steadfast communications a few months ago without any form of communication telling **** had to search for what happened to my internet provider. Then I discovered that ***** communication is out of business and the only way to contact anybody was the person that came out last year when our service went down before. I've always had difficulty communicating with either company sometimes 2-3 days before a response. Once every **** months there is an update at the cell towers(or they say that) and the router or SIM card needs to be swapped out. It takes 2 weeks of no service and a million calls to get things started. I was speaking with ****** via text and as soon as I was voicing my discontent she encouraged me to cancel. We live in a rural area where they know they are the only game in town. I want credit for the time I didn't have service and maybe more for the inconvenience and having to chase them to fix the problem. And they charged me for on 8/24 for September while I didn't have service and was asking for a billing adjustment. They don't care about their customers and know they are the only game in town and take full advantage of thier customers. It's really sad.

    SteadFast Internet was formerly ***** Communications located in **** ************. They recently changed the name to SteadFast and the address is now a ******* address. I have had internet service with them for about a year now and it has not worked in the last three months. Prior to this it only worked periodically and has left my house hold in several predicaments when internet was necessary. I have tried contacting them multiple times, through email and by phone. Have not gotten a response from anyone at all. I really need to cancel my service as I am charged $130.00 monthly for this service. I would just like to get this resolved so I can seek another company for internet service. When we first signed up for internet with this company they were extremely friendly and helpful, now am not sure what has happened. I do not want to be disrespectful in anyway to the employees/owners of this company. I only want to speak to someone so I can cancel the internet service.
