My floor was improperly installed and within two months it curled and was ruined. The company would not stand behind its work and I had to sue. It took four years and thousands on attorney fees, but I won. The Judge saw them for what they are and immediately rendered a Judgement.

These guy is the biggest con artist crook indoctrinated criminal in our town. I have the most upmost respect for law enforcement and support and make donations every year. But this Mr **** ***** completely lost his way. The customer had mover his A/C handler from his garage to a closet in his foyer. Almost immediately after installation his condensation pump failed and leaked. The water easily ran under the floor since the customer refused to hire us to install his baseboards. So it was just wide open with no resistance. After offering to do repairs at no cost the customer. The customer refused repair. Wanted the floor replaced. After offering to replace the floor the customer wanted a different floor. An upgrade at no charge. Every time I made him an offer he moved the goal post. He should be charged with perjury for lying multiple times under oath in the court of law. Since I've never been sued before I had no experience with the court room and for whatever reason our justice system doesn't allow for any offerings to resolve to be presented in court. Including those in writing. I find this very unfair and unbalanced. I expected much more fairness and transparency from our court system. It's an absolute travesty that there was no jury and the judge himself believe his lies. He basically said that we removed the flooring on a Tuesday and came back the following Monday and installed the floor over wet concrete. The judge believed this over the fact of his condensation pump leaking. Mr ***** even told me personally that his A/C contractor told him that it was his fault since he had lost his preventive maintenance information and had not serviced the unit when scheduled. For some reason I was not allowed to mention this in court. In their case Mr ***** has the ability, although shouldn't be allowed legally but is able to do so when no one is looking to sue me, sue the A/C company, and sue his home owners insurance. In the end had the baseboard been installed at the time of flooring as a complete job. The water leaking would've been noticeable topically and would've had much resistance before easily running underneath the floor.

I am not going to retry the case on this forum. Mr. Q**** avoided trial for four years and was represented by competent council. His defense was lame and transparent. The Judge in this matter listened to both sides and made a determination based on facts and evidence. The Judge took no time to deliberate but immediately rendered his verdict. The fact is Mr. Q**** manager, Uriel G****, had a dispute with Q**** and came to my home. Mr. G**** said he would testify on my behalf that Mr. Q**** said he was wrong and should have put a vapor barrier down. In fact, Mr. Q****'s own attorney filed for permission not to represent Q**** any longer. The Judge made Q****'s attorney to represent him. I have never raised my voice to Q**** cursed or addressed him in a derogatory manner. Yet he has called me a criminal and racist. I may have grounds for another lawsuit based on Mr. Q****'s response.
