Looks like we have a problem that has to be addressed immediately. I came in your office on 4-19 and had a biopsy on a pre- cancer melanoma on my back. Paid a bill on $150.00 on same day. Received a phone call to come back in today ,which I did. Turns out today Thomas Pino Pa had a different spot frozen . Go to check out to pay my $40.00 co-payment and was told the payment was not $40.00 but another 150.00. Complained that nothing was taken off today, and had another spot frozen, not the original spot. Thomas Pino Pa froze another spot of possible melanoma and not the one that was originally done a couple of weeks ago. That biopsy was not touched. When I got home I had my wife showed me pictures of the two spots before and after. She took another picture today showing the wrong spot was frozen.. If the charge is not going to be taken off, than I will start a chargeback and scream to the high hills ! Thank You, ****** *****

Cash customers beware! Even if you are diligent at getting upfront costs associated with your intended treatment, this office will not correct any errors that they create in coding visits that can and will increase your costs owed to them. At best, management after weeks of trying to communicate with them, will offer to reduce the costs rather than to remove them. I highly suggest using a different physician group so that you do not go through the stress associated with this type of issue.
