    Awesome customer service helped me out when I had trouble with ordering through ******. Ended up ordering direct from their site and couldn't thank ******** enough for the assistance provided. Great team and excited to try the World Tour sample package!

    Will absolutely be a return costumer! The costumer service is outstanding- even when I was the one who made a mistake. They quickly rectified the situation and made an awesome first impression. Love this company!

    I have been a customer since 2017 and have not only always enjoyed the many different flavors, but the customer service is what makes this ********************** truly stand apart.Twice now I have had issues due to an outside occurrence, and both times Bones has went out of their way to correct it. Its nice to know that customer services and representatives of their company like ********* still exist in this world ******** Bones I trust.

    Great customer service. I placed an order via the shop app late at night but didn't see one of the options I was trying to get from the computer browser. I ordered anyway, then sent a support ticket asking if the thing I wanted could be added to my existing order so I could avoid paying shipping twice. The turnaround time for support to email me back with the updated order and a new invoice was less than four hours! And we're talking from midnight to 4am my time, so not even business hours! Just based on that, they've got a happy repeat customer.

    This small business has big hearts!! Not only is the coffee amazing, but the staff is too! I had finally but the bullet and treated myself to a couple sampler boxes and some jerk took my package! The team there replaced it without hesitation - so super sweet and legitimately doing business the right way - making sure customers are happy! I will be a lifer!!

    Wonderful coffee, every flavor that my husband and i have tried has been phenomenal. Customer service (shout out to ********!) is exceptional with the quick response time and resolutions. Love Bones!

    Hello Cheyenne,Thank you for the response, I am very impressed with the Bones Coffee customer support system and drive to satisfy customers needs.This delivery issue was not the company's fault but they stepped up and took care of the customer.I appreciate that, I enjoy the ********************** I purchase from Bones and knowing I can depend on the service side as well is an added bonus.Thank you again,******

    Bones Coffee has some of the best signature coffees hands down. I can't recommend them enough!!! Recently, I had placed an order, and at no fault of Bones Coffee, FedEx totally dropped the ball. It's really sad when a delivery driver can't read a simple package label. You would think they're in the business of doing so, but no can do. They delivered my order to the wrong address and then gave me the run around instead of trying to fix it. Really sad if I do say so myself. I contacted Bones Coffee that same day and by the following morning was contacted by the lovely Customer Service Rep Cheyenne. She was very understanding and immediately offered to get a replacement order processed and shipped. It arrived within two days and I couldn't have been more happy. I really do appreciate all their efforts and want them to know they have a customer for life. Keep doing what you're doing and I look forward to all your new coffee blends in the future. Thank you.

    I love Bones coffee. I haven't met a flavor I don't like. I am also a HUGE Star Wars nerd. So when the Star Wars flavors came out, of course I bought some in whole bean. Since I have not met a Bones flavor I don't like, I have quite a selection and did not get to the Star Wars right away. I opened a bag to share some beans with a friend almost 3 months after I received the order and realized I had been sent ground coffee. I sent an email in the hopes that I could maybe get the correct product at a discounted price without a big hassle. I got a response within ************************************************************************************************************************* AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! You knocked it out of the park guys. Keep doing what you're doing. ??????

    I've been a big fan of Bones Coffee, not to mention their clever marketing, for a long time. But I recently had a customer service experience that has made me a Bones backer for life.I placed order recently for a bag each of Blueberry Blast Cake and Megaladonut. Four days later, I went to the hospital, where I stayed for a week. While I was there, I got notification that my order had been delivered, and I had another reason to be excited about coming home.Unfortunately, when I did get home there was no order waiting. It was only when I tracked the package I realized that the order had been shipped to my old address instead of my new one. By that time, 3 days had passed since the delivery, and when I went to see if it was still there, it became apparent a porch pirate with really good taste in coffee had stolen the order meant for **** realized it was my fault for picking an old address when ordering, but in the off chance I might get a modest coupon for my next order, I emailed the company to tell them my sad story. I had the great fortune to work with ********, who almost immediately sent another two bags of coffee to my current address at no cost to me. She didnt have to do that, and Bones didnt either. But the fact they did shows me the company and its employees really care about their customers. Oh yeah, and the ********************** is delicious. I cant recommend Bones highly enough.
