I received a charge on my statement from declined defense I called the number and talked with a person who said they would look into the matter and email me back. I have heard nothing. On July 21st 2025 I sent them a email asking that they investigate this charge that I did not authorize this charge .The amount was ***** posted on June 21 2025 .on the statement it reads 8336560781declinedefense256-27744883fl. i was charged ***** by this company on 5/20/25 and when i called them to ask them what this is about, they proceeded to tell me what it is that they do. So i proceeded to ask them for whom are they doing this for and they had nobody. I went through my history and found 0 prior entries for that amount.Business Response

There is a charge on my bank checking account from 05/02/25 for $79.97 from "Decline Defense". I am not familiar with this company, and I did not authorize this transaction. I contacted my bank to request additional information about the transaction, but they are not able to provide any more details. This debit is apparently fraud / theft. Other people have also reported similar experiences with this organization. Any assistance you can provide in this matter would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance in recovering the money illegally withdrawn from my account. However, I am rejecting this response because: apparently the company "Decline Defense" that *********** withdrew funds from my account is continuing to do so under another business name - "*************". A second unauthorized withdrawal was made on June 2, 2025 for the exact same amount - $79.97. BBB cases filed by other victims of this fraud **** have reported similar theft issues.Please continue to persue this matter on my behalf. Any action you can take would be greatly appreciated.

I reported a credit card number as being stolen last year. I was charged on 4/3/25 ***** for what I have no clue haven't authorized them or gave them my debit card numbers, Ive called and tried to speak with someone and it says it can't be connected as dialed, but I've had these places also try and do the same thing, but there wasn't enough funds to collect, ECOMGUARD .COM On 4/1/25, 3/26/25. And SALE ********** on 3/30/25, 3/28, 3/25, 3/24, 3/23 and to which I find out they are apparently sister companies. And I have not authorized nor purchased anything from these so called companies. And I've tried calling of them and getting the same kind of phone answer of the call can't be completed as dialed. No how are you going to be a real company and have apparently sister companies and not have a telephone number or address, or a email, that you will answer someone back if not a card number stealing scam. I would some kind of answer from someone please, and thank you
