They are incompetent. They did more damage than they did work in my home. Have even promised for over a year by the owner they would make things right. They dont return calls or emails now. The worst of the worst. They still owe me for a $1400 toilet from when they sent an electrician to pull my toilet to paint behind it. You read that right. The $5000 medicine cabinet they hung has shorted out from their faulty wiring job. Dont call this company because once they get your money they dont take care of you.

In September of 2022 we were hired on a time and material basis to punch out / complete a project that was started by another contractor.

We did not damage anything. We have taken care of everything that was our responsibility. They reached out after almost a year with a bill for a plumber to inspect their toilet. We had a licensed plumber inspect the toilet at our expense last year and informed them of his conclusions. Both plumbers came to the same conclusion. We believe that the toilet was leaking prior to our work. We did not send an electrician, we sent one of our field technician. We did not do any wiring. We installed the mirror and connected it to the wiring that was done by their pervious contractor. The mirror was working correctly when we completed the job and they have never reached out about an issue with the mirror. 

We were hired on a time and material basis, and they were not billed until the work was completed. When **************, (he is not an electrician),removed the toilet/bidet to paint behind it, we discovered what we thought was a leaking wax ring which we replaced when the toilet was reinstalled. When water was discovered coming from under the toilet, we had the toilet removed and inspected at our expense by a licensed plumber. It was discovered that there was a leak in the bidet mechanism and we believed that it was an issue unrelated to our work which we discussed with the customer at the time.

These are complete lies. They did come out. **** was the guys name who identified himself as an electrician. Was that also a lie because he is who wire the elcectric medicine cabinet that isn't working either. The plumber you hired to come clean up after your company advised you that your guy broke the toilet and you should replace it. I have his card. He is with *********** ********. Bottom line, the toilet never leaked prior to your guy pulling it. Your guy broke it. You are responsible. you told us to find a plumber to check it out. we did. we payed him and have video of where the toilet was broken by your technician. the reason this has taken so long to get to the bbb is because the owner of this company has been ducking our calls and emails for that long. To this day, this lousy individual has never returned my calls or responded to my emails. He only responded to this because I went to the BBB. They deserve an "F". Read some reviews on them. Can't be trusted. I'm also following up the state. Places like this are the reason they tell you to do your homework *************** someone.
