  Syan Pools did an amazing job! Bobby calmed my nerves, and there are not enough words to express my appreciation for him. He's direct so you always know the process from beginning to end! Five??????????

  Part of my pool wall collapsed and was bent along the top of the wall. Bobby’s crew came and straightened the wall and installed a new liner and skimmer. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. They were very efficient in their work. I highly recommend them.

  Syan Pools did a great job! They were on time, answered all our questions and friendly. They had our 27 foot round pool installed in 3 hours! Devin and his crew are great. Highly recommend!

  I would not recommend this service unless you are into completing the project yourself. Here is the response I got from expressing my dissatisfaction:
  With the upmost respect Sir, we make it very clear and known prior to accepting any deposits. We bring this to every customer when meeting them and even bring a physical copy when coming out in person for each and every customer to sign. This assures us that every customer has had the chance to thoroughly review prior to signing. We charge half the price of any other pool company for digging services to assure its in each customers budget to hire another company (which I can refer) to complete the backfilling process if necessary. We also do not do any leveling of excess dirt (which I spent hours doing at no extra cost) and we even did much more backfilling than normal. I’m not sure what happened after I left. The guys said you were upset and threatening to leave a negative review.

  This is true and accurate as this was our exact response via text message after learning of the Customer *********** to leave a negative review if we didn’t finish the remaining backfill of his recessed pool then demanding our employees to exit his property when they were finished and attempted to go over the operation of the filter system. Mr ******, just as EVERYONE else, is made very aware prior to signing a contract, making a deposit, or scheduling any work, that we do NOT charge for backfilling above ground pools that are partially recessed into the ground more than the included 8 inches as this is not a service that we are equipped to offer. Same thing goes for any landscaping services around the pool upon completion of installation. We do have a couple companies that we refer for these services. This is all made very clearly on our contract as well (which every customer including Mr ******* ** ******** to go over more than once plus sign and date. Pool installation went very smoothly, Customer was nice and did not pose any questions during the process. I, the owner, even leveled out the 20+ yards of excess dirt extracted from the site at no extra cost.
