  First of all this company is not a Certified ******* Dealer as of 01/01/2025. Which Penntek is the one that covers the Life Time Warranty. Not these crooks. This so called father and son company did my pool deck on 02/04/2025 I was sold on the life time warranty and was concerned about cracks coming back. They assured me on 12/27/24, which is when I signed the contract that the cracks would not return and if so, the warranty would cover it. They knew at that time they were not going to be a Certified ******* Dealer when they did my pool deck on 02/04/2025. Of course the cracks came back, I have sections that dont match and some areas are sticky. When I called these crooks they told me to call Penntek, which I did. ******* advised me as of 01/01/2025 they were no longer a Certified ******* Dealer. I have been contacting these crooks for more than four months. It was always the weather, which we did have a lot of rain, but not for over four months. The last text I sent them, I never got a response. Since all of this time I have more cracks. Also a few days before they were going to start my pool deck, I got a text from some unknown person telling me that this father and son were frauds. This person said they were putting their product in Penntek buckets. This product they used explains why sections dont match and could be the cause of the cracks returning. This person also stated that he hated watching them take advantage of people and taking their hard earned money. When I approached these crooks about this text, they just told me he was someone that worked for this company and got fired. They also told me they called the ******************* on him for sending me and other customers this text. When I received this text I was very upset was ready to cancel my contract with this company. But after talking to these crooks they assured me that this person was just someone that was mad for getting fired. I am so mad at myself that i believed them.

  we have advised mrs **** to contact penntek industrial coatings ths is product failure in her statement we were not a penntek dealer when we completed her job as of May ******* we we terminated from penntek to no fault of ours as PENNTEK GAVE US A TERRITORY AND HAD ANOTHER DEALER IN THE SAME AREA Mrs **** needs to contact ******* again and they will look at this and see the product failer as we gave the job a Penntek Lifetime Warranty as Jax Concrete Coatings GIVES NO WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS This is a Penntek issue the information on the termanation date is false we have all documention from ******* please reach out to them to take care of the product failure

  I also have all documentation from ******* and Mr. ****** text messages. In his text dated January 30, 2025, he confirmed cracks that returned will be covered under their Life time warranty. On April 23, 2025 an E-mail from Penntek (BBB A+ rated) stated the photos of the cracks and sticky spots were a "workmanship" issue and are not product related. They also stated the product lot numbers Mr. ***** submitted do not match the product lot numbers he had ordered. ******* went on to state My ***** company was notified in January they were no longer a certified dealer due to "Non-compliance with their dealer agreement and a lack of alignment with ******* Core Values" (*** did my work in February and was paid February 10, 2025). They also stated ***** ****** Jax Concrete Coatings company had not ordered any product from them since the end of December 2024 (seems to validate the text I received stating Mr. ***** was not using ******* products?) Jax Concrete Coatings have always stated in person, on their web site and FB pages their work has a "Lifetime Guarantee". ***'s Lifetime Guarantee is substantiated by Mr. ***** text message dated June 12, 2025 where he stated his scheduler would schedule repairs - this is well after Mr. ***** stated he was no longer a certified ******* dealer??? Mr. ***** ***** needs to return to ******* all of his ******* Certified Dealer business cards (yes, I still have one)...

  The President of *** Fun Coast (******* *****) stated above " ******* GAVE US A TERRITORY AND HAD ANOTHER DEALER IN THE SAME AREA"... not true - the other ******* company had been in business in ************** for SEVEN years... Fun Coast created their company September 20, *********************************** *******, ** which is in **************. Will the Fun Coast President dispute his company was issued a Cease and Desist order by the Michigan product manufacturer due to "non-compliance with their dealer agreement"?
