4 starsThe elite zip line experience was great although it was only 10 platforms instead of 15 as indicated. Otherwise I recommend it and the staff were great!

1 starI am trying to reach Exoticca via phone about an upcoming trip and have been on hold for over 1 hour and still waiting for an agent to answer. I had a long wait time when I called a month ago, but not this long. I am unable to access my trip summary from their website and therefore cannot print my itinerary. 4 starsMy first trip through Exoticca was excellent. Just few days ago I booked my second trip. Travel agent Manuel was very arrogant and rude, and he didn’t add the optional cruse even though I remanded him. Then I called customer support and talked to Niki.
