      SEE EMAIL BELOW. I AM HOUNDED CONSTANTLY WITH EMAILS FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THE UNSUBSCRIBE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK AND THE HARASSMENT NEVER ENDS. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE NOR HAVE I EVER DONE AN OUNCE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. THE EMAILS WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CUT AND PASTE THE **** AND IMAGES HOWEVER I AM SENDING THE ORIGINATING EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH APPEARS BOGUS AND THE COMPANY INFORMATION APPEARING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ****** THE HOUNDING ABOUT TOE NAIL FUNGUS, WEIGHT LOSS AND NOW TINGLING NEVER ENDS.       To ensure *********************** no longer receives emails from us, I have immediately removed her email address from our mailing list. She should not receive any further emails from us.

      Transaction date 11/20/2022. Ship date 11/21/2022. Order # ********* (not positive of 3rd number).Item 297-NRVSPT-137. NeuroPure.I have contacted them 3x via email - 12/12/22, 12/19/22, and 2/8/23 - ************************************** They refuse to give me an address to return the product to (at my cost) and then refund my money even though it clearly stated refund if not satisfied. I've tried returning it to the original address, but the post office refuses, saying it is not a valid address. I've tried calling, ************, with no luck.They respond to my email but trying to make a deal and when I say no they do not respond back.

      Thank you for letting us know and contacting us regarding this case.

      We answered all the customers emails on time, providing options about the purchase.

      We stop receiving answers and we have never received the order back to our warehouse for a full refund, as stated in our terms and conditions.

      Also, there are several attachments to this case, that proves the delivery of the product and customer comunication as well.

      At this point, the order seems to be outside the 60-days refund period, I apologize for any inconveniences as that is not our intention at all.

      I am rejecting this response because:  they never sent me an address to return the product to; it has been taken to two different post offices and they rejected sending due to the address.This is a scam and others will be made aware of this company and how they treat people.

      I have tried to return blood sugar blaster three times tried to call the company to resolve this problem with no success. They were very rude. I then contacted **************** through Dillards and explain to them the issue I was having with his company they were able to give me the correct address in ******** I mailed it to them they received it but refused to refund me the $177 plus shipping cost . I was able to contact them one last time in ******* ******* and explain to them what my situation was. They told me that since I complain to ****************, they would not refund me the money. I was very disturbed by this ,what kind of company is this? That would do this to consumer. The product was causing my blood pressure to increase rather than decrease my sugar levels. They take advantage of seniors very sad. Thank you.

      Hi it is impossible to return the customer money from their purchase as they filed a dispute with their credit card company.

       

      Their is no money to return since the customers credit card company has disputed the charge and taken funds from purchase from us.
