    *** paid for my husband and my taxes to be prepared over $2000 and she never filed the taxes. Value Tax prep never filed our taxes and its over two years now excuse after an excuse it was Covid first now RS was closed backlog all type excuses it does not take two years to give me my taxes she never filed them. She need to be hold accountable her and her company need to be hold accountable.

    I paid ************************* and Value Tax Prep, $1950 to reinstate my business ******** International Holdings LLC with the state of Florida. The business had dissolved back in 2017 and after contacting ****** and asking her to resintated she mentioned that the state was requiring a payment of the above amount to get the business reinstated. I paid said amount on March 30th, 2023 via CC to Value Tax Prep. After multiple months trying to get an update on the reinstatement, ****** stopped returning my calls, emails and communication. I called the **** and they stated that no fees had been paid and that fees were actually $937.50 to reinstate the business. I ended up having to pay those fees since ****** had not done so.

    I paid to have my taxes completed for 2021 in July. The business owner ************************* gave me one excuse after another as to why they werent getting done. In October I was told that my taxes were completed and she just needed to upload them. It is now December and they were never completed or uploaded. I have reached out to the owner and company many different times asking for an update. They have not responded to anything since the end of October. My taxes are still incomplete.

    Good morning.  I recieved an email regarding a complaint I made regarding Value Tax Prep.  I was not able to click on the message. 

     

    I began asking her and her employee for the refund on Aug 5th.  I subsequently asked 3 more times, with no response.  On August 15th, I reached out and said I have a meeting Fri 19th with another CPA.  On Aug 18th at almost 8pm, she uploaded paperwork to her portal.  The paperwork was inaccurate and had missing information. I replied saying that I can not use it because it was incorrect.  They never replied.  Not only was the information she entered incorrect, she told me to send them $186.  I later learned from the new CPA that they charge $205, not $186.
