      I ordered the Keto-Start kit online in August ********************************************************************************************************************************** confusing advertising. I expected a charge of $59.99 but it turned out to be $199.99. When I called on 8/7, the company apologized and gave me a credit of $59.99, which is all I could get. I asked them to cancel any future orders and they agreed to do so. However, on 9/7/22, I received a credit card charge of $139.98, although I had cancelled any future orders and I also did not receive anything for the amount that was charged. When I called the company (listed as SHOP BIOLYFE at ************), they said I never cancelled the future orders and that it showed on their end that the post office HAD delivered the 9/7/22 order at my mailbox on 9/12/22. They provided a tracking number and said I would have to deal with the post office on the matter. I am very upset at their business practices. I should not be charged for something I never received and to have to go through all of this at my age (65) is very difficult. They would also NOT provide me with their ADDRESS. I've filed a dispute with my credit card and with the post office. Please help me with this.

      I did not order re-occurring deliveries. The product is not that great and does not work as advertised. I ordered from them on August 12, 2022. It appears on my credit card statement as: Shop Bio Lyfe, phone number ************.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

      We went ahead and issued a full refund for the second order without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      Filled out ********** survey. Did not realize it was a scam. They charged $1.95. Then second charge of $ *****. Did not order or want product.

      Aug 5, 2022 I ordered product from Biolyfe Keto GT. I was charged for and received what I ordered.I was not aware of nor did I sign any contract to buy more.I just today, September 21, 2022 I received by **** more product.Upon review, I find my charge card was billed Sept 9 for $****** for this unauthorized and unwanted product.I want the company to stop sending it to me, and I want a refund of ****** for the unordered part.
