            I partially signed a contract to sell my home for cash. I was offered by Swifthomes $127,00 minus a $10,000 fee. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the $10,000, I was told by someone named Ashley that it was a regular administrative fee. I then advised her that I wanted to cancel the contract. She stated that she would get back to me after talking with the managers. She called me back the following day and told that I would be able to cancel. I asked how long would it take to get confirmation of the cancelation and she said it would be a couple of hours. 2 days have passed and I have not received anything. I have called several times, sent several emails and have received no response from either. I am trying to put my house on the market and am not able to do so until I get that cancelation confirmation. I have contacted an attorney.

            I got a call from a lady I believe her name was ******. I asked politely to be taken off the list. Who just kept talking and talking and wouldn't respond to my request. She called me a liar and an idiot!

We also do not make outbound calls to anyone we are not working with directly. We do not have any record of your name in our systems. We are a ******* company and our phone number is ************, does that match the number that called you?
