            I took my engagement ring into the Brandon Florida store and dealt with a representative name Alvin. My engagement ring is a vintag cut and I lost one of my stones. I was told that the ring had to be sent out, because I had missed appointments for cleaning, I would be conssequently charged approximately 1700 dollars. Covid hit and the pandemic ensued, I relocated from the Riverview area to North Florida. I was in contact with the store, and was called when the ring was repaired and back in the store. I finally got a channce to get to the store 6/20/21 and they could not find the ring. I was told by an Assistant manager to contact Brandy the store manager, then when I called at open of store 6/21/20 I was told she stepped out. I have been pushed around and no one can seem to find my ring, After the pandemic, losing my aunt that raised me, relocating after losing my job in the pandemic, and now they can't find my ring. I am devastated and disgusted,

            We purchased a ring in 2016 with lifetime protection. Had the inspection ever 6 months, till 2018 when we moved to NY and there are no local locations. I called and they were very relaxed and moved me to yearly plan, from the impression I got inspection was no big deal. As family is in IL, I explained we do travel and if we were expecting to be near a location that it was not a big deal to wait etc. the Covid 19 happened an all Inspections were waived. I noticed my diamond was missing in my ring and called in to see what could be done. Quickly they said no problem, said I had lifetime plan and it would be sent in for repair. Weeks later I hear that the repairs would be double, yes double! the initial costs of the ring. And it not covered because I missed one inspection. Asked to speak to supervisor and they said they would call me back. Over a week and still no call back.
