    Was tricked into ordering multiple items off of a website, wasn't even looking to buy, was just looking at the items and before I knew it I had purchased them. Didn't give me a total, didn't show me the final bill. I received an email with the total and within a minute I contacted them by email stating I wanted to cancel the full transaction. They don't tell me anything, they didn't help me cancel it. All they did was tell me that it was too late and they were not able to cancel my transaction. So I got charged twice, one for 60 and the other for ******.

    I am rejecting this response because:  My bank isn't pushing a dispute anymore, they have already closed it.  So whoever wrote this email back to me is just trying to push some s*** and stall like all their other responses that I received from them!!!  So just send my refund and I'll stop pushing the issue, otherwise I see no other choice then to take this fight to social media and show the World what kind of company you guys are running.

    On February 4th, 2024, I received the confirmation email (order number AE39D7CF2B) for what I believed to be a "one-time" order of a particular product. However, to my surprise, I have since received two additional orders for the same product in March and April, without my authorization or consent.Upon reviewing the payment method used for the initial purchase, I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $129.99, debited on March 7th, 2024, and April 8th, 2024, respectively. It is imperative to note that I did not authorize these transactions.While I acknowledge that I may have initially agreed to the purchase of the product for $129.99, I DID NOT consent for subsequent charges. Therefore, I am kindly requesting a full refund in the total amount of $259.98 to rectify this issue promptly.I sincerely urge the company to honor this refund request without delay, as these unauthorized transactions have caused undue inconvenience and financial strain.I look forward to a prompt resolution.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

    As a gesture of goodwill, we have provided a complete refund for the most recent April order, without requiring the return of the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    2/2024 , 3/13/2024 Super Health billed and sent this product and put me on a recurring order for $199.99 + $60! I did not order this! I could not find this the website, it was blank. The phone number for several tries was busy, then at 0300 I called, no answered , then someone called, hung up and I called back and talked to someone who had all my information. I canceled a recurring bill that I never initiated. Then he offered a employee discount for March product, first 30%, then 50%, then said we said we had to pay the return shipping if we wanted a full refund. He said we could not get a refund for February. I told him we could not get a hold of them for a month but he would not allow for a return. I do not know how he got my information.

    I purchased a sample of some supplements on 6/3/23 (Order total $259.99). I just received a second shipment which I did NOT order (Order total $199.99), contacted the company, got a return authorization and sent it back. The customer service representative "****" indicated that I had a subscription, which I told her I did not authorize and she stated that she cancelled the "subscription." I do have an email now from them stating that. However, the card that was charged is a commission card that is not widely used, so I checked back to see if there were additional charges for said "subscription." In looking back at the card history, I see that the company has charged my card on 7/6/23 under Bioscience Ecommerce for $199.99 and on 9/18/23 under Bioscience CBD products for $199.99. There were no orders or deliveries made for those unauthorized, fraudulent charges. I do not contest the order on 6/3/23. But, now I have very low confidence that the return I just made will be credited to my account. I respectfully request the company reimburse me the total of $599.97 for all of the unauthorized charges.

    On my initial and only order on 6/3/23, the company indicated that they would be billing me under the name Bioscience.

    I am attaching a copy of my order confirmation (the only email I have from them) as well as a copy of my billing statement description for the card that was charged multiple times.

    When I received the shipment this week, I called the phone number listed on the charge which was for Biolyfe and ******* said I had a subscription. I did not. I do not understand why, even if I did have a subscription, the company would bill me using multiple billing names.

    I have cancelled this card to prevent any additional unauthorized transactions.

    I am not disputing the charges made to my account on ******. I have received the refund for the products I did not order, but returned (transaction date 2-1-24) for a total of ****** returned to my card. Thank you.

    I am disputing the charges made to my account for transaction dates 7-6-23 (BIOSCIENCE ECOMMERCE ******) and 9-18-23 (BIOSCIENCE CBD PRODUCTS ******). Those transactions were not authorized and NO PRODUCT WAS EVER DELIVERED for these transactions that you charged to my account. I respectfully request reimbusement of ****** for these charges.

    Ordered one bottle and get one free called cbd super health capsule with pure isolate received the product, but they sent me 5 more bottles of cbd gummies which I never ordered and charged my credit card 200.00$. I called immediately and told the person on contact line ************ that I never ordered gummies and need to send back. They tried to tell me I ordered gummies and I reiterated I never use gummies. After a combative conversation she agreed to take back gummies, but I would only get 50% of the charges returned and I must pay postage to send gummies back to ******* **. I questioned why when I did not order gummies that I would lose 50% of the charges and have to pay postage charges to send back the gummies I never ordered. This is a scam to which continues to ***** confidence in my beloved *******. ***********************

    When placed the order it was only ***** then when the next thing I knew was they hit me for ****** called and talked to bank nothing told me to send back unopened we did that then they started with I needed a ram number after the fact Up till today no refund and they said they will not return my money

We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $199.99 by 5) to $39.99 for each bottle.  You also placed an additional order of the (SuperHealth Capsules - 2 bottles) for which you paid $60.00.
      
    We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.

    I sent them the letter from my bank stating they were unable to refund my money and they still have not refunded anything i was buying the small amount to make sure it worked before i ordered a big amount but i am out money and the product why do they just send me the product back since they cannot refund my money.

    Placed and order 6 weeks ago and have not received the order to this date, Have contacted customer service twice and still getting the run around, They refuse to refund my money and tell me will receive order within 3 to 5 days, Looks to me this is a big scam job and do not trust there business or the quality of the product even if I every receive it.

    My mother was tricked into entering her credit card information for what she thought was a one time purchase. She received a second shipment that she did not sign up for and has been charged $200 for a product that she did not buy. We have attempted to call and go to a website that is now not available.
