- Additional Info:Gigi's Fabric Shop advises that they are the recent victim of an internet impostor and warns that internet thieves copy legitimate websites and lure people into purchasing a quilt Referred to as the Alabama or Ohio quilt they saw on a Facebook ad which is linking to business's page. These impostors steal business identities and misrepresent themselves as Gigi's Fabric Shop. Gigi's Fabric Shop Does not sell any quilts they are a fabric store in Brandon, Florida and only sell fabric and sewing machines. Impostors are trying to collect money from consumers via credit card. We have not seen this ad and no one has been able to produce a sample of this ad to our store. We are trying to find this ad. Please share so that others know about this scam and the do not give their credit card information to these thieves.
