      Incompetent Liars at best, lying thieves at worstAVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took a pair of Hudson Jeans and a big man's dress shirt to be cleaned. Came to pick them up...can't be found. The local (Valrico Commons) store gives me the phone number of the main location. I call and speak to a lady named Barbara. She said she will look. I hear nothing from her for several days so I call back. She said it "appears " that a clerk gave my clothes to someone else. I asked for reimbursement. Gave the info to Barbara. This is during the first week of June. I have no clothes, no reimbursement money, no promised phone calls....nothing. I've even gone to their main store and confronted Barbara face to face..when she lied TO MY FACE. It's my own damn fault for using them after having issues in the past. When it was Majik Touch and located by Winn Dixie in Valrico it was amazing. Once Sage bought it and closed that location it has gone downhill. Please heed my warning...they steal at worst, are negligent at best (by giving my clothes to wrong customer). They lie..about what happened to my clothes (possibly) and my refund (definitely) Their customer service skills are less than zero. DO NOT USE SAGE

      Zero Stars Since the company was sold the quality has been horrible.They lost a dress and took them months to find it at my persistence. I've had clothes shrunk, faded and stains not removed. They can't even do a good pressing job. The owner will not respond to any of my emails and the manager is useless and rude.

      They ruined my very expensive, throw and shams. The old lady at the front desk was a rude, arrogant and very disrespectful. She stated customer service went out in the 90s. Shes the expert. The customer service manager sent me on a wild ***********. I do not recommend this.

      I really cannot overstate the level of unprofessionalism by the owner representative, “Barbara”. Be warned that they do not stand behind their guarantee but hide behind, terms and conditions or company policy. Neither are posted online or will be provided to consumers. Without going deep into the issue I will never recommend Sage and can only wish the best for those that have to deal Barbara.

      They lost my clothes and refuse to replace my item. The so call manager refuses to give me her Supervisor.
