      I ordered a panoramic Super Bowl frame with my ticket and photos to be framed in. The original order was in November however it took me some time to get them the Super Bowl ticket and photos. Originally they were very helpful but over the last few months I have not gotten any correspondence back about my order. The worst part about it is they have my original Super Bowl ticket. I have tried emailing multiple times as well as texting and calling but you cannot leave a voicemail. I would like to get the order completed or a refund and have my Super Bowl ticket and photos shipped back to me.

      I purchased a framed print from MyTeamPrints.com on 4/4/22 for $169.95 (order #XXXXX). At time of purchase (and currently), the website stated that the print would ship in 2-3 days. It has been just over a week and I have not received any notification of my product shipping, shipping delay, or otherwise. My current complaint is not with the delayed shipping as that happens, but it is with the inability to get in contact with anybody from the company. I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times, and left voicemails in order to obtain info about the status of my order, but have not been able to get into contact with anybody. At this point, I am concerned that I have been scammed out of $169. I am hoping this complaint will resolve my problem (as it did with another very similar complaint). Otherwise, I am hoping my bank will be able to issue a refund. At this point in time, definitely would not recommend this business.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/19) */ I have communicated with the customer. I was out with Covid, and short staffed. The customer decided that she would prefer a refund, so we immediately cancelled the order and refunded her money.

      On December 16th of 2021, I purchased a print of the Agusta PGA Greens for my father-in-law. I paid the amount for the print and shipping/handling. 269 dollars. I called and called to check on the purchase order and delivery, nothing but a voicemail, and an email...*****@myteamprints.com I emailed, called, over and over again. Now, I am done. Chase credit is now telling me they have to ask a refund for my money. I just want the print to be delivered. Does this business really have the print? How many other customers have complained??

The customer's order was shipped January 19th via FedEx on tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXX, and was delivered on January 23rd. We are very sorry for the delay. This is not typical of our company. In our defense, we did post on our website that orders will face a delay at this time. We hope that the customer is completely satisfied with the print, and if for some reason she is not, she can return it for a full refund. This saddens me that it takes a deeper involvement, to make sure a person is not scammed. The print, in question, was delivered to my Father-in-law on Monday, January 25, 2022, in perfect condition, well packaged and protected, and of fine quality. I appreciate your help and involvement.
