      Prodigy will promise to get rid of the insects, charge a high fee, then will stop the service and leave you with the bugs. Then continue to bill and send you to collections. Use another company that follows through with what they say.

      Its a shame Im writing this because the last tech that came was great and if he came from beginning we might not be in this position but was approached by the owner and a trainee to start service with Prodigy. They said they were the BEST service around. I was paying 75 every 3 months with my current provider and at first Prodigy said over $100 a month. Then he came down a bit. But they also charge you twice within 30 days so be careful of that when you sign.I figured I would still see what they were about.The first treatment they said they would be here for 40 minutes. In 25 they were gone. The second time 30 days later when they charge you again for follow up they apologized after I called to complain for sending the new guy because he didnt even go in my lanai to treat spider webs when thats a big part of the service. He also didnt offer to come inside and spray again. Which if youre paying the same price again it should be the same service as first which wasnt great either time. I was told by the office lady I would not get charged for service and then when I asked about the credit a guy emailed me saying that was only if I took the review down which I was never told that. So I said since this isnt about money plus the girl didnt say that. Keep the money. Ill let people know who you guys are. I wont cancel because I see on reviews they charge people for cancel contract but in Nov 2022 I wont be resigning. I am a business person myself that deals with customers. I would say hard pass on this company.
