    I would not order from this company. Firstly when my order arrived it was delivered to my front door but due to the poor packaging and the rain that we had (normal in ******* summer) the clothes ended up arriving to me completely wet. After the clothing dried I noticed how poor the quality was, the pants and dress werent even lined. This was the reason that I decided to return the items because I paid over $200 for such poorly made garments that dont even have lining. This company then tries to persuade you not to make a return but instead get store credit, when I said that I rather get a refund to my credit card I was charged for the shipping costs which I was happy to pay. A week or so later the company emailed me saying that they are declining my return due to stains on the garment. I didnt even try on these garments and if there are any stains on the garment it would be due to the fact that they were wet when they were delivered to me. Unfortunately I explained this to someone named ****** at the company but she was no help and refused to see my side. All that she said was that I should read the companys return policy. She said that they will not refund my money and if I want the clothes back I have to send them a paid shipping label. So the company wont take responsibility for the fact that my clothes arrived wet, then refused to refund my return due to stains that they are responsible for because of their poor packaging, then charge me for the return shipping and say that if I want the clothes back I have to send them another paid shipping label. All in all it feels like very poor customer service and Im very disappointed that they take no responsibility for the lack of garment quality and the fact that my clothing arrived soaking wet. The quality of the clothing they show on the website is nothing like the quality of clothing that you actually get.

    Yellow the Label disagrees with the customer review. The order was delivered to the customer door, a photograph taken by FedEx confirming the package was left at her front door. As with all Yellow packages, the envelope was sealed, the dress and pants packed inside in a frosted poly bag. Yellow is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse, although we stand behind our products in the event of manufacturing defect. We also assist with damage caused by carriers. The customer processed a return for her items without notification of any damage caused by water. Upon receipt of the return, both garments were stained. Our policy, stated on our website, is that we cannot accept return of stained items. The return was rejected, the customer notified by email. Photos of the stains were attached.  The customer initially responded, "That is quite disappointing as I didn't once wear the items. I literally received it and saw how the dress wasn't lined and the pants weren't lined and so I returned them since I find it crazy to pay that price and not even have lined clothing. I don't understand how the items could have been stained." The customer continued to deny responsibility for the staining in subsequent email. It was only after we stood by our rejection that the customer changed the narrative, advising the package was left in the rain and the garments were wet upon receipt. Quality of dresses and pants does not depend on whether they are lined. Our customer service handling was consistent with our policy. The customer credit card was never charged for shipping costs despite the customer's claim. I would be happy to discuss this matter directly with the customer.

    Yes, the only reason that I mentioned the water damage at a later stage was because I was trying to think how on earth the items could have been stained when I didn't even try them on. My reason for the return was NOT because of a stain, I didn't even see the stain, I returned the items because they are so poorly made. Yellow the label then refused to accept my return telling me they were stained, after thinking back I remembered that when I got the items they were completely wet, that must have been how they got stained. I see that Yellow the label takes no responsibility for damage done in transit but surely it's your responsibility to package your white clothing well enough so that if your customer is at work and can't take the package inside the minute it's delivered and it does happen to thunderstorm and soak the package the clothing remains dry and damage free? How can that be my responsibility? Yellow the label is also reluctant to give your money back because when trying to submit my return they offer you "extra credit" on their website to try and buy more items from them instead of getting your money back, they then charge you a $15 shipping fee which they minus from your return refund. To be clear I have not received a refund and they also have the garments in their possession. They said to me that if I want the garments back I need to send them a paid shipping label. So they are keeping my $274 and keeping the "stained" clothes.. how does that make any sense?

    Do not purchase from this company! You are fine if you end up liking your purchase. But if not, you are met with an awful headache trying to get a refund. It has been two months after my original order and I am still fighting to get a refund.
