    I discovered some water intrusion in one of my exterior walls. I placed a claim with USAA and they hired ****** to come inspect my property. The extremely quick scheduling (less than 24 hrs between call with USAA and inspection) as well as the quick work of the leak detection and immediate feedback on possible remediation was extremely appreciated. Both the scheduler and the tech were extremely professional and the tech was able to fit me in earlier in his day at my request to work around my schedule. Would highly recommend this company.

    **** came on dec7 to find a leak in my home wasn't easy but he didn't give polite professional respectful .I don't know what I would of done but he found it,if I ever have a problem again I will recommend and I will not call anyone else as long as they have employees like ****

    This company was amazing and very professional. They quickly found a leak that Tropical Pools in ************** was unable to find. ** for the help.

    I must admit I was skeptical when my leak technician ***** told me he would be able to find my water leak within the time frame I had given him. I had to leave for a very important meeting and ***** wasted no time setting up his electronic equipment and getting started. ***** found the leak in about 40 minutes, not only with his electronic equipment but by pumping air into the water lines to make bubble sounds; at one point he did it the old-fashioned way by putting his ear to the floor. ***** asked me if I wanted him to excavate and put a temporary cap on the leak. We discussed the cost, and he assured me he could do the job in plenty of time for me to leave for my meeting. I gave him the go ahead and in he walks with a toolbox and a 16-pound sledgehammer. He immediately set up a safety barrier and proceeded to pound away. Sure, enough he made a relatively small hole in the floor, dug out the dirt and there it was within 4 inches of the hole. ***** quickly capped the hole in the copper tubing. ***** cleaned everything up and even put all of the dirt in a couple of bags. I am more the pleased with the quality and professionalism of my technician *****. I highly recommend Sleuth **** Leak Detection. By the way ***** finished the entire job and I had 50 minutes to spare to get to my meeting.

    Had a great experience today with ***************************, from Sleuth. He listen to my ideas and concerns and then went on with his investigation. With his knowledge and Sleuths technology he was able to show me that the problem we were experiencing was not water related. I recommend Sleuth! Not only a pretty great name for a company, but great service too! **********
