  We used sleuth *** and the field technician that came out was ***************************. He did a great job very thorough -informed us of everything he was doing. We were concerned that we had a leak and it was determined that that all was well. There was no leak and we can continue with our tile remodeling. Gave us great. Peace of mind! Thank you.

  We had a difficult issue with a leak that was not visible. The county water service told us that we must have a water leak based on usage. Neither we nor *********** could find anything so they referred us to Sleuth. It turned out to be a leak of the water line under our house slab. They had the equipment to find the source then went through the tile and concrete to expose it without ripping out a huge section. It was pinpoint accuracy and that is what we needed. If you have a tough problem, I'd highly recommend Sleuth. Their technicians were courteous, efficient, and thorough as well as being well trained and well equipped.

  We had a high water bill and noticed that our front yard was always very wet! We call Sleuth and they promptly sent out ***** and he found our issue! We had an irrigation head that was leaking causing one of our zones to not evenly distribute the water and he found that one of our zone valves was not completely shutting off! This was a the true cause of our high water bill. Thank you very much!***************

  ***** came out and found my leak within an hour. The excellent thing was he found it outside and it was not under a slab which I thought it was so it was all in extremely excellent experience.

  Being from Michigan and a recent new Florida resident, I had no understanding of the plumbing here in Florida. So when we had water coming up through the bathroom floor I was very concerned since all our pipes are either under the slab or running through the concrete block. So do I start removing drywall, guessing where the leak is coming from? Our plumber recommended Sleuth, Inc. to locate the leak. Sleuth was able to have a technician here the second business day, Randy was very timely, courteous and professional. Randy was able to locate the leak in about an hour, then explained exactly the repair that was needed,. The next morning I had some follow up questions, when I called Sleuth they said that Randy would return my call. Within an hour I was talking to Randy about my questions and even received a refresher course on the problem and repair. Sleuth Inc. and Randy made a difficult problem into a reasonable repair.
