      Minto & the *** are unresponsive to issues within the community. I moved in last May *********************************** progress. When construction was completed on the lot next to me, it was apparent there were drainage issues between our cottages. I tried to go through the *** and got the run around, so I reached out to the CEO of Minto and emailed every person under him. Finally, some progress. Well, not really. They improved the appearance, but the problem remains with the drainage system. My yard is a swamp and there are several areas within my phase that are totally a mess because of the jacked-up drainage system they implemented. I have attempted every avenue without complaining in public forums. I'm tired of the run around. It's now time to do what it takes to get the problem fixed.

      *********************** working with homeowner on an *** Irrigation leak issue.  A Gate Valve with the irrigation system has been found to be leaking.  Gate Valve is scheduled to be repaired by the *** landscaper week of April 14th.  *********************** issue and not with the developer.  *** personnel have been in contact with homeowner.

      44 treasure past has been repaired and approved by the homeowner. I just left the house. If you have any questions or she changes her mind let me know. Thanks!

      We have a purchased a home in ************************* that is built by Minto in February of 2023. Shortly after moving in, we noticed that the master bedroom seemed to have very little airflow from the ***** We took our own airflow readings to verify what we suspected and found that the master bedrooms airflow was much lower than all the vents in the entire home. We brought the problem to the attention of Mintos MasterCare team that handles warranty build problems. We were told by several Minto/MasterCare people and the **** people that Minto is aware of the **** airflow problems in these homes, and that they are working with on a solution. That was almost a year ago. To date NO ONE has come to our home to discuss how the **** airflow problem would be resolved, when it will be resolved, inspected our ducts for possible blockages, or even verified the air flow readings we have recorded. Even though Minto acknowledges there is a problem, they continue to do absolutely NOTHING. Minto says If a homeowner has an issue, we do everything possible to handle the issue to the homeowners satisfaction. This is just not true. We would like them to address and resolve the **** airflow issues to our master bedroom. Anything the BBB can do to help motivate them to start communicating with us and work on resolving this issue would be appreciated. We are tired of being ignored.
