  I can not say enough good things about the customer service and quality of work of this company. My tables are a work of art. They are beautiful. The company was very responsive to all of my questions. They got back to me and were incredibly professional. I am very happy with my custom made walnut table.

  We ordered a custom table top - upon receipt - flawless craftsmanship.! Of note ~ the leg height was too tall for the bar stools we purchased - we made the measurement mistake, NOT this wonderful company. In contacting Artesian about the error that I made - they promptly sent to us resized height iron legs - FREE OF CHARGE and without my requesting a complimentary change. Their customer service is exceptional ! I am looking forward to purchasing additional products from Artesian as I am delighted by their craftsmanship AND their flawless, attentive customer service. In short - their focus on 100% customer satisfaction is something you don’t find these days. Other companies should learn from them. Sincerely, ******* **

  I have purchased 2 items in 2 separate transactions from this company. Great communication. Extremely responsive. This most recent order I requested a change to product within 24 hours, which was acceptable per their email. That request was not only honored but confirmed after normal business hours. The items are of course more expensive than doing it yourself with raw materials but not much different than having anyone else make you the furniture. The items are also as described, unlike some of Bezoss offerings. Considering the pricing, materials, and honest staff which stick to their word, i would easily recommend this company to anyone considering real hardwood furniture.

  IN LOVE WITH ARTISANBORN!!!!We ordered a Live Edge Bar Table with Edge and it is absolutely beautiful.Starting with the **************** Manager ************ talking us through the right table for our home. He answered after hours, which is rare nowadays. Once we settled on the right table we paid and the waiting started, we were so excited to get our order that we emailed ************ a little too much lol. But he answered quickly and with extensive detail. He was always polite and helpful. We received tracking for the order and we got more excited. When it arrived we opened it up and we were so amazed on how gorgeous it was. Worth every *****!!!!We did have a small issue with a couple screws missing, but I emailed **** and he got them out the next day!Fast Service, Great Product, Lifelong Table for our family to enjoy! We highly recommend Artisanborn for anyone wanting a hand made custom table and great customer service!We will be back soon to get our Coffee Table and Matching End Tables!

  They take down reviews from their site that aren't favorable, so here goes on posting here. BLUF: Don't get seduced by the website. You are not going to receive anything like their photos, and they won't take anything back because it's "custom". You're better off ordering from somewhere else.I didn't mind the production / shipping timelines. They're pretty upfront about timing, and our table arrived within the window they provided. No issues there. The problem is that their stuff is pretty expensive for what it is, and it's outrageously expensive, given the quality of what you will actually receive. They will claim that it's handmade / not laser cut, but the reality is that the workmanship just isn't very good. Sloppy beveling, large cracks filled with epoxy, and very poor finishing. The finish is the worst part. I had to send my table back once because two sides were completely unfinished, and after they supposedly fixed it, it was still rough to the touch. I ultimately had to just sand and poly it myself. The pieces on the website, though, are very nicely finished...but you won't get that. This is a pretty average shop masquerading as an "artisan" woodworker, turning out below-average product for premium prices. And seriously, they take down any low reviews from their website, so don't trust the high reviews at all.

  We never received a review from this customer. The last communication we had with this customer was over a month ago and we have not heard from this customer since. If the customer sent the review and it was not on our website then the customer should have contacted our company (Which they did not) and file a complaint. There was no complaint filed with our company nor was any communication filed about a review not being posted.

  
  

  The customer received their order and contacted us on a Saturday (Not during normal business hours) and stated that one "One" side not "Two" sides were not finished correctly and needed sanded. We responded on Saturday (Not during normal business hours) and advised the customer we were sorry and would have the table brought back and fixed here. We paid (which we should) to have it brought back and fixed. The only thing that had to be done is sand the "One" side and then we applied our "Satin Polyurethane" and sent it back to the customer.

  
  

  The customer received it back and stated that we did not apply the "Satin Polyurethane", we asked for photos and the customer sent photos. Our staff reviewed the photos and it looked that "Satin Polyurethane" was applied. We advised the customer that it was applied. Customer stated that he thought we could not see anything by the photos and were wrong. At this time we offered to have the piece brought back and examined here or if not, we can send him our touch up Polyurethane and apply himself. The customer chose to do the Touch up option. We sent it to the customer right away. This was one month ago. We have not heard from the customer since.

  
  

  We try to always help the customer and we were here for this customer from the beginning and on the weekend when we were closed. We would spend as much money as possible to make any situation right if it is our fault as a company. We did not delete any review from this customer and we did take care of the issue with the customer and the customer was fine a month ago and now we receive this review. We are saddened that a month has went by and there was still an issue and the customer did not contact us further. We are always available to address any issue if the customer contacts us.

  I have been in wood working all my life and I was looking online and found this company. I am a man of few ***** so I will be brief.Great American Company!Product is amazing!Great Customer Service!I can't say enough on how attentive to detail they are when finishing the wood. Just amazed by the craftsmanship. I will be back to purchase a Dining Table soon. Got to save up some money first.

  I waited about two months for a table that should have been shipped out in 1-2 weeks. Multiple broken promises about when the table would be shipped. Finally, the first table they sent was very poorly finished with black marker looking stains and unfinished spots. They accepted the return but it was a big hassle. The table we have now is nice enough but has quickly developed some small spots where the finish has rubbed off. I'm not sure how it will hold up in the long term. I wrote a review on their website and they took it down. It's extremely dishonest so I am posting it here.

  Hello,

  The customer received a product that had issues. We made sure to take care of the customer and paid to have the table returned and have it replaced. Customer received the new table and everything was fine. We were not made aware of any "finish" issues from the customer as of the time of this review. We did not take down any review, we submitted a response to the shopify company and they took down the review because we provided information that disputed the review was not accurate. This was taken down by shopify.

  We strive to help our customers for any warranty issues. If the customer lets us know we have a warranty and will always take care of the customer. However, if not made aware of the issue we cannot fix the issue. Last communication that we had from the customer was on November 18, 2023 at ******. CST.
