    We place and oaid for an order we never reciecved. Do not use this company! They do not reply to their online conatct page or return phone calls! Have a blessed day,

    Our records show you placed an order for tape in May.



    An email was sent on the 20th of May letting you know about the back order, three quarter tape isnt a large seller, we keep stock but we had several orders for that item in May.



    Apparently, you didnt receive it and our systems show the response email it went out to *****************************



    Gmail, your email provider, sometimes without warning rejects emails from unknown sources, this has happened on previous orders.



    Please allow me to apologize and we will review stock levels and if you still want your order please respond to this email. 



    For your inconvenience, I am including a 30%discount on your account for your next order.



    We pride ourselves with excellent customer service and do our best to review every order, we swung and missed!



    If you want a refund or the order please respond to this email and I will personally manage your request.

    Our company resolved the issue with Mr. ******* and sent his materials to the shipping address on his order from our e-commerce website; we never have negative reviews and apologized to Mr. ******* for the delay in sending his tape order. Our customer service team spoke with Mr. ******* directly and gave a discount on any future orders as a courtesy.

    We hope this resolves the BBB complaint, the only one submitted, and is listed correctly as responded to and resolved on the BBB website for consumers to see we are reputable.
