- Additional Info:BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning non-delivery of products. Customers filing BBB complaints state that they ordered shirts off the business's website. Weeks later, the orders have not been received and the customers have not been refunded. Customers also allege issues with not being able to talk to anyone at the company's customer service.
BBB has contacted the business asking what they think the underlying cause of customers complaints are.
We also wanted to know how BBB can help eliminate this cause of complaints.
