    DO NOT NOTTTT GET CAR DETAILING DONE HERE!!!!!!!!! I went to get detailing done for my interior. The lady at the front desk greeted me and was mean and miserable. I had to bring my car back 3 TIMES!! To get the job done. NO compensation NO type of any more refund provided would NOT let me speak to a manger!!! Did NOT vacuum out multiple areas or wipe down areas. Did NOT clean out middle counsel! Still had dog hair in the back that I told them to vacuum out in the back and multiple areas with built up areas of dust and crumbs!! Completely unacceptable!!!! States they have NO manager that I can speak with. BAD customer service BAD services provided!!!!

    This customer brought her vehicle back after a detail, complaining that her console had not been cleaned out.  Please see an excerpt from our detail policy, clearing stating that consoles will not be opened or cleaned.  The respect and privacy this policy affords our customers is typically much appreciated.  Notwithstanding this policy, with her permission, we performed the service FREE OF CHARGE.   
    With respect to her claim of dog hair, attached please find another excerpt from our policy which clearly states that excessive dog hair removal is not included in our packages but can be done for an additional cost.  As is indicated by her receipt, she did not opt for the dog hair removal add-on to her package. 
    With respect to her claim of not allowing her to speak to a manager, well, frankly that is simply not true.  Upon her return she dealt exclusively with the manager who personally went through the vehicle to ensure all PAID services were satisfactorily completed.  He also performed the console cleaning and an additional wash FREE OF CHARGE.  The vehicle was immaculate upon her departure and she left happy.  
    Days later shes asking for a refund.  Im not sure why she believes she is entitled to more than she paid for, but nonetheless, I assure you, she has already received it.   
    It should also be noted that the amount of $196 she is demanding to be refunded is inflated.  Her receipt clearly shows an additional purchase with the detail.  This additional purchase is not a part of her complaint.  Had she been acting in good faith, she would have removed the price of that service from her demand.   
    Simply put, this complaint is about services specifically EXCLUDED from our packages and for which we were not paid to perform.  In an effort to satisfy this customer we in fact performed those services as well as additional services, all FREE OF CHARGE.  Our thanks is a letter to the BBB.  There is no wrongdoing on our part and we will not be bullied into capitulating to her further demands.  
    Given the facts as herein stated it appears that this complaint is not made in good faith.  In fact, she is knowingly tarnishing the reputation of our business in a self-interested attempt at getting something for free.  It should be noted that although the law does protect ones right to voice his or her opinion about a particular business, the law does not protect libelous or slanderous statements and other false comments regarding that business.

    On August 20th, 2023 I took my car to the Blue Dolphin Car wash for a complete detail. The car wash broke my driver side mirror. I reported the incident to the owner/manager *******************. The owner said he had to find the incident on the camera. He tried to have the receptionist to have me leave without filing a claim. I stated I would wait and file a claim with the car wash. I was told I would hear from someone. I have attempted to contact the car wash several times. No one will return my call. I have made at least 3 attempts to contact management at the Blue Dolphin Car Wash. I would like the car wash to pay for the repairs for my broken mirror as they are responsible for the damage.
