    I booked a parasail trip for 2 people, with a photo package, on June 11, 2023 and paid $220.02. Bradenton Beach Parasailing emailed the day before changing the pickup location. Later that day, we received a call saying they had an oil leak on the boat and could not take us up. We were leaving the following day and could not reschedule, so they offered a full refund of $220.02. Over the next few days, we received emails asking us to review the trip and leave a tip for the captain - for a trip they canceled. The refund never showed up, so a week or so after the trip, I called and spoke to a young girl who assured me the refund would be processed. I called again a week or so after that and was told the same thing, but no refund appeared. Shortly after that, they added an automated answering machine to their phone with no option to speak to a person - only to leave a message. I have left multiple messages with no return call and no resolution. I sent an email on July 18 requesting a refund. On July 21 *************************** responded via email that his staff hadn't processed refunds correctly and he would take care of it as soon as he returned to the office. Nothing happened. On July 26 and again on July 28 I sent emails asking for the refund. I have left more messages on their answering machine to no avail. I also filed a dispute through my credit card. After finding multiple TripAdvisor reviews dated between June and August 2023 stating they, too had trips cancelled and never got refunds, I feel this is not an isolated incident, but an illegal act that should be addressed.

    I paid ****** to Bradenton Beach Parassiling on July 17 via their website. I bought (4) parasailing tickets for Aug 4. My family and I showed up at the meeting place, as per the confirmation email we received the day before, and no one showed up. We were told to meet at a "yellow building", i spoke to the lady working in said building and she said "we dont do parassiling here, i dont know what to tell you." We were supposed to be there at ****. They specifically stated "punctuality is important " in their email and stated the boat would leave without us if we weren't there, so we arrived at 11 to allow ample time. We were waiting until ****, and no one ever showed up. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I left 2 messages, but there was no response back. I emailed them, and again no response. My fiance and I spoke with several natives and were told they haven't been operating in months but continue to take people's money. I spoke with a man who I assume operated the "yellow building" and ge said, "this is why I can't do buidness with them. They always do stuff like this. They have awful customer service".

    I booked a parasailing trip for myself and 3 others for 5/20/23 at 12pm EDT for $360.24. I was contacted the morning of by the business saying they are cancelling due to boat issues and offering to reschedule or refund me. I requested a refund and have still not been refunded. I have spoken to multiple people including the captain of the boat and a girl named ******* who claim that they have sent out and processed all refunds and it has been 2 weeks since I was cancelled on and I have still not received my money back. I was told I would receive the money by 5/26 and an email confirming the refund is being processed and have not received any of this. The company is not giving me any answers and will not refund my money as promised.
