  **** ******* was on my condo's list of approved vendors. As a woman living alone, I was nervous calling for a stranger to come to my condo. That uneasy feeling left even before **** arrived. He called several times before arriving on time.He checked all my electronics to make sure all of them were current. It involved my cell phone, laptop, desk top, and two TVs. If there were any problems, he would stay on it until he had a solution.When I needed to update my equipment, he did the research and recommended the upgrades.A couple days after each service call he would call to make sure everything was working properly.**** is very knowledgeable and I will continue to use his services.

  I'm grateful that you decided to take a chance on me and that is why I try to establish a sense of trust with easiness; so, we get familiar and comfortable with one another.

  As you have learned first-hand, you have to take into account all of the nuances of your technical equipment and make sure every one of the peripheral players are on the same functionality page. If not, then I need to play the IT version of Humpty Dumpty and put all of the pieces back together again. 

  Furthermore, I strongly believe in the next week follow-up phone call and/or voicemail to ensure a satisfactory level of workmanship while also reconfirming there are no new problems or prior tech troubles from before.

  After having known **** for a few years, I finally needed to hire him. In one session, he uncovered numerous areas of vulnerability associated with my GoDaddy account. He's easy to work with, pleasant (if you don't mind bad jokes...I love them!) and professional!I'm so pleased to know that if I have tech issues in the future, I know to call on ****!Thanks ***!

  To start off with, thanks for the flattering GoDaddy gadget gossip. As you know and found out, I believe in being genuinely kind and friendly to others.

  Plus, as you stated, my bad jokes are definitely tomato based so I appreciate you wanting to ketchup with me. 

  In terms of the IT work that was performed, definitely satisfying to address your Mac messaging misery and get you back into the 21st century.

  I've been using **** for the past year or so to make sure my Mac is working properly and all the software is up to date. He's extremely knowledgeable about technology in general and has not only helped us with my computer, but also internet service, i!pad and phones as well. He's also very punctual which I really appreciate. I highly recommend giving him a call!

  As you have found out, even on Apple and with a Mac, there is a substantial amount of protection, maintenance, updating, and optimization that goes into making sure your functional and productive as much as possible. 

  Likewise, as I have learned from knowledge and experience, you have to look and address the potpourri spectrum of all of the working peripherals so that you have less stress or pain points and much more peace of mind when it comes to your IT infrastructure. 

  Speaking of less stress, as you have found out firsthand, the phone is my friend; hence, phone calls when I'm on my way over and courtesy follow *** the week after the service call. 

  Looking forward to MacOS Sequoia on your iMac.

  **** has guided me with my IT needs for the past 5 years. I have found him to, first, be responsive. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and driven to perfection. He can also be creative when the situation arises. **** keeps me up to date. He is especially helpful when it's time for new devices including laptops, ipads, iphones, modems, and routers. **** is dedicated to his profession.

  As you have found out, technology and all of the idiosyncrasies that go along with it require tenacity, along with dedication. As you have mentioned, I engage in my due diligence when it comes to researching new devices to take the guesswork out of knowing what gadget goodies and tech tools are best suited for your wants or needs.
