    I received some unsolicited goods from them including a bill for over $87.-. Shipping cost was shown as $12.- while the USPS envelope showed $1.67 postage. The "arm shields" are flimsy and mfr cost is in the 50 cents range, yet they are invoiced at more than $20.- each. All in all, not worth the walk to the mailbox. Not to mention that I never ordered anything from them but maybe that's their way to boost their sales numbers to attract investors. As I mentioned, the total value of goods including shipping is less than $2.50 but if they can claim sales of $87.- or use this kind of sales as loss/tax write off, they are still making money.

    Horrible! A part arrived broken so I am unable to use the antenna I got. Ive tried all ways of contact, email, phone call no one responds at all. I have called daily. The only option is to return the whole item but because it had a coupon it shows the actual item as zero dollars and will not refund me anything even for returning the item. Worst experience.

    Ordered on 6/11 - still no item when I paid for first class shipping. Impossible to get anyone from customer service if you email them you get this canned reply with broken links. No link, no order, no tracking number. Just like everyone else on here, I was scammed by a social media ad. Disputed the charge with my credit card company.     I waited three weeks for my hat, It arrived however the hat was in a plastic case (like the stuff you can't open from ******* in a plastic bag, it was totally crushed (I wish I could attach a picture). I have emailed and attempted multiple times to chat online but get nowhere. No email response no help on the chat just a robot that sends you in a loop. I would not recommend anyone purchase items from this company. Zero Stars if that was possible.

    Impossible to reach a human or email response. I listed the wrong shipping address on my order and want to change it but cannot reach anyone and the chat feature is just gives generic answers. Now I want to cancel my order as I have no faith in this company. Order number is *******. I've sent similar email and left voice message as well.

    I placed an order and its been over two weeks and havent heard anything Ive emailed them every couple days but never get a response, seems like its not a legitimate business Im working with my credit card company to investigate the fraud

    Ordered my hats on 6/3. Supposed to be 5-7 biz days. Cant get a hold of anyone. They use this stupid AI useless chat bot. At this point I want my money back and Ill never buy from these scammers ever again. Cant get through to CS. Chat Bot freezes. Tracking app is useless. If my merch is not in my hands by friday please refund me and find a new career. Most awful experience Ive ever had. Cant talk to anybody. Chat bot freezes. But thanks for nothing and taking my money. Absolue scam. Buyers beware.

    SA has absolutely the worst customer service. You wont be able to talk to a person, just a robot. Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with these people . Their ABOUT US on the website is a joke. Been waiting over a week and my order has yet to be shipped. Spend your money elsewhere

    I ordered 2 hats. One arrived. I've been trying for days to reach customer service. Not only is it impossible to get a human, they have not followed up via any email, chat, or phone call. I paid $40 per hat. Nearly $100 for my order. Yet I still have no information.
