    I have to agree with *****. Run. I thought I was signing a work order for a free (to me) tarp job on a roof. Turned out to be an Assignment of Benefits. Stella did a wonderful job on the roof, no issues there. My issue is when I saw the invoice that they were billing to the insurance company. Turns out it was 10 (ten) times more than my neighbors paid to have their roofs tarped after ***. Average cost for tarp jobs was $1200-1300 among my neighbors. My special shingle roof :) somehow got tarped for $13, 548. Needless to say I cancelled the AoB via certified mail after reading the fine print.
