Horrible service. Im not sure if anyone is going to read this but this company scammed me. I explained Im a mother struggling living between my car and hotel with two smal kids also suffering from kidney failure. This man promised me he would come out and perform a diagnosis and tell me why my car is overheating. I had to issue the payment first for the diagnosis which is understandable but within 30 minutes they told me I had a coolant leak , and thats what was runnng my car hot he then said I needed to approve the estimate which said a complete different number on what he advised me he then requested payment before work because of course he knew he was going to scam me. I had no idea at all that I wasnt supposed to pay till the work was done but I did total I paid was 650 dollars. Heres the break down 150 for a 20 minute look at the car to say its a coolant leak then they charged me 340 for a hose that cost 25 on ****** 35 at ******* and 40 at local shops. I called 5 to be exact and none charged more than 50 for the hose. A flimsy small little hose. I was thinking it was the labor but no not at all. They charged all that money for the tiny cheap hose and only like *************************************************************************************************************************** to be able to even tell what the issue is. Its between your water pump or a gasket leak I asked which one and he advised he wouldnt know. They left my hood open on the car and left while I was inside my job I had run out and close it just to get sick while being on dialysis. I had no way to even make it to the hotel because this man scammed 650 dollars out of me. 650 dollars in one single day for my car to still have the exact same issue overheating .. I dont even want all my money back because he did send some teens out to look at the car but one stated he doesnt even know how to do that work that my car actually needs. Please dont get scammed.
